Having my doubts about saying adios to Brozovic especially as a swap for Kessie. As for Ceballos, if he's the joker who played for Arsenal awhile back, i remember he had a few really good matches then nothing. If Real Madrid is moving on from him, beware.

Ceballos could fit in Limone's ball, due to his good technique and passing. Not sure about his workrate though.

No Milan player
ceballos has been playing quite well in madrid which is why madrid is offering him new contract. the only reason why he still not accepted the contract is he wanted guarantees on his role for next season as he want to be important

his workrate is really high everytime he played and there are reports of madrid fans in bernabeau chanting him to be renewed in some matches. he is way different from when he was in arsenal 2 years ago. he even get called up back to spain national team recently.

he has creativity, good dribbling ability and he hounds for ball actively. plus he is still young.

our midfield will be improved if we are able to sign him. we could even still sell him even he does not work out here.

Ceballos would have been a massive upgrade in our midfield. He's a kind of player whom can receive the ball while with his back against opponent and turn around under pressure. That's a very special attribute to have as a midfielder. I have no complaints over his work rate though.

His physical game is also very good. I'm not sure we would have been an attractive destination for him but our midfield would look so dynamic and unpredictable. We are still okay in the midfield but Ceballos would give us another dimension IMO.

I dont really like Ceballos. He has been wildly inconstent through most of his career.

Although he is has been acceptable as a rotational player this season at Madrid, he is still very weak defensively and offensively his goal/assist output is pretty terrible.

Kovacic light basically.

Ceballos has a 5M salary option from Real... And he ain't worth that.

Don't have one.

Yep, I watched arsenal very often in a season when he played there, and he was simply not good enough. I remember fans mentioning him every other game in negative context. Maybe he improved in the last couple of seasons, but I just think he ain't worth the risk, especially for the salary he would want here.

Also, I firmly believe we need to diversify our midfield a bit, barella, brozo, mkhi, and potentially ceballos are all physically speaking the same type of players. I know inzaghi maybe prefers it that way, but I really think someone of kessie or sms profile would fit us like a glove, and it would give us a balance that we don't have with all the lightweights in our current midfield.

Yeah 5M way too much.

Or let me say it other way, I would be extremely surprised if we give him that.

Would rather keep and give minutes to Fabbian over Ceballos.

Well, he is a quality midfielder but certainly not worth that salary.

5m net is like 7m gross, his wages would be totally manageable for us. But he's also Spanish and it's Real so can't fault him for his choice.

What is happening with Casadei, any chance of a return to Italy?

he has gone super Saiyan in Argentina :) for the salary of a shitty player we can bring him back or make him part of the Onana deal. Neither Ceballos or Casadei will start for inter next season. Casadei could get better while I doubt it for Ceballos. The golden handshake for Casadei v Ceballos will be a huge difference. We can pawn Casadei on a smaller Italian team as part of a trade. Its 1-2 years salary to get rid of Ceballos if he doesn't work out

Di Marzio also said Juve will go all in for Frattesi if they fail to extend with Rabiot.
