Yeah, it's depressing that we can't have one proper transfer window to address all problems, same happened after winning CL in 2010.

It's nothing new, really.
The way we are being run in the last couple of years is definitely something new. We are slaves to a vulture fund. I don't know one owner, especially for a club of inter size, to use that type of financing basically as modus operandi. The fact we kind of accepted that already is beyond worrying. And that's my biggest fear in general, our standards eroding every summer bit by bit until in the blink of an eye we become midtable or even worse.

And the way some people think here, if those things happen, I have a feeling they'll be writing ten pages essay on how that is totally acceptable, how it will lead to better sustainability because we will be forced to sign cheaper players etc... We need to draw a line somewhere or else this shithousery will just get worse.

I've been wanting Zhang to leave, so I'm with you there. But at the moment we, fans, can't do shit. I'm just hoping a new owner will come and this debt will not be such an issue anymore. With how we deal for sponsors, it's clear at least our president is incompetent and not suited for this job.

What line are you drawing?

Zhangs are fucked with Inter and Inter fucked with having them as owners.

Line regarding how we operated this particular summer, especially concerning people who seem to accept it or even worse rationalize it.

I don't see much outrage, it's just acceptance, like your statement there that we are fucked. And that needs to change imo... And I don't mean on this forum, coz that will do shit all, I mean inter fans in general.

One perk of this formation is that we can turn old school defensively sound fullbacks into elite LCB’s and RCB’s, just as we can turn old school wingers into good wingbacks. This can save us loads of money, among other things. Since such players are not very useful these days (pure line hogging wingers and defensive fullbacks), they can be had on the cheap.

People still cannot see Darmian as a real centreback. My theory is that if he had a name of a household centreback, people would be fine with him and a young promise Bisseck being our RCB’s.

Darmian has been great, probably one of our best deals in terms of value for money spent. But the guy is 33 years old and finished a lot of games with cramps last season. It's perfectly normal that people expected us to sign a solid replacement for Skriniar.

Bisseck being the only cover for Darmian is definitely something to worry about. Although maybe Bisseck will turn out to be a success, I haven't seen him play other than causing the penalty against Salzburg.

I think there is still a chance to get someone. Maybe the management is waiting for the last moment to pull off some loan.

I'm actually beginning to buy the narrative that Zhangs are gaining financially somehow from their Inter involvement and I think the answer lies on that shambolic Bond we had released.
No proof or anything, but trying to make sense of their actions and weird policies. And sudden, constant mood swings.

The money that came in wasn't theirs, it was their company's and we all knew/know it wasn't really theirs but the CCP's and even now officially it's not actually under their name.
Yet if they somehow tied themselves as bond holders and get that coupon and expect a parachute payment whilst all the capital coming in is effectively from a collateral on their shares...

Not sure if I've been hangover and sleepless enough and have this crazy idea or if I just got a eureka moment out of nowhere

And what I or Inter fans in general should do other than state that we are fucked. What are the actions we should take? What is this line drawing? Should I vent my frustration in the Internet more like some here?

Nothing, we just sit still and take it in the ass while calmly proclaiming we are being fucked

Banners, protests, putting pressure on zhang especially people closest to the club, curva nord in particular. That's what needs to happen. You can't rely on media to start that shit for you, coz media in italy doesn't give a fuck about inter. You think if juve or even milan was run this way, you wouldn't have gazillion articles about that. The media pressure would be so big, they would boot his ass before he even had the chance to take the first loan from oaktree.

tbh, I honestly dont think any of those things will change how Zhang runs the club. He's shown a lot of resilience to media perception and fan perception in recent seasons.

The explanation is probably far more simple. Wealthy people, especially those who are from none democratic countries, generally like to protect some of their fortune by investing said fortune in foreign companies, estate, land you name it. This is fundamentally a safety plan in case all goes south in their home country. This allows them to sell and fund a comfortable life if they have to exit and no longer have access to inbound resources, because said can be confiscated or locked by the local authorities, other resources would typically be bound in holding companies etc. often located in tax shelters/heavens…

For me this is quite obvious what is going on… they don’t want to sell Inter because it’s part of their reassurance in the case they need to exit China.

But how is this in any capacity related to the Internet fans? What should I do here to not get you complaining about my words in the Internet forum? I am genuinely curious what do you expect from people who are NOT complaining in every other post about how this club is run? What should they say?

Meloni is a complete failure on the border but at least she seems to be killing the Belt and Road nonsense.

Inter should do the same.

but why do we need anybody? we are enough.

RCB: rotate Darmian and Bisseck 50-50 % playing time. if we bought the German, we should let him play and develop, not for rotting on the bench for some loaned-shit demirals
CB: Acerbi-Devrij more than enough (as in emergency situation Bastoni can be there)
LCB: Bastoni will play 80-90% time, rest can be given to C.A. who can also be the sub of Dimarco. seeing that he is a 60-70 minute player. the Brazilian will have enough minutes. in emergeny situation Darmian can also play both role LCB and LW.

Bastoni does not play 80-90%. Haven't you noticed how often he's subbed off because he's so tired. The guy doesn't seem to have a stamina of a player who plays 80-90% of the minutes in the season. His max seems to be around 3500 minutes (2x in past 3 seasons).

On average he has played 75min pr. game in serie A, so not really uncommon, so it’s actually 83% of games he played in.

77min in all competitions or 85.6% of minute in games he played in.

Not everyone is a Skriniar.

According to Sky’s information, it was the player’s entourage who proposed him to the Nerazzurri again, after previous talks earlier in the transfer window.

Chalobah is aware he faces a season on the sidelines at Chelsea after another summer of big spending and would like to join a team that can guarantee him playing time and progression.

To date the negotiations have only been over a loan with an obligation to buy so far, with Chelsea valuing the defender at €20-25m.

Whether Inter will agree to that remains to be seen, with their financial situation meaning they’re keen to not be tied down to such obligations and focusing on low-cost deals again this summer.

Chalobah is on their list, though, and he’s very much keen on the move, having re-opened talks with the Italians via his agents and there is a belief that any deal could be done ‘within a few days’.
I won't mind him on loan + an obligation triggered by some conditions. It seems that Chelsea are keen to ship him off, because when we were previously linked to him, the price was 30-35mln.

Bayern Munich have told Manchester United that they want a fee of €40m (£34.5m) plus add-ons for Benjamin Pavard
