If we keep Correa after the 20th September, our management is incompetent.
you want us just to golden handshake him i guess? no one wants to buy him (that he's willing to accept an offer from)

Send him on loan, whatever. We need a replacement for him, someone who actually has blood inside him.

I honestly give rats about Samardzic, he has nothing to do in this club go to Juve perfect fit.

Not that I’m cheering on Arnautović but at least he and his agent doesn’t behave like this player.

But.. no one wants him?

We need to offload him at neutral cost, really, so we can re-invest the money into a new player

literally no one wants to sign correa that he's willing to go to...

I'd really love to understand what you're expecting mgmt to do here? Aside from magic a sale that seems very unlikely?

a normal team would have told him at the end of the season that they don't intend to play him and freeze him out. Then he can go on a loan, or get sold. This way he will once again have a shit season, be injured for 3 months and in 2 years he will walk for free.

Management should tell him and his agent to look for another team and that we will bring a new striker to replace him and that he doesn´t have a future here. That´s what Marotta and Ausilio need to do. There are certainly teams at least in S.Arabia or Turkey where he can go. But i think he can also go somewhere in Italy at least on loan with option to buy.

As for the money, well i hope this club can invest something from Onana sale.

That's literally what they've done.

He doesnt want to move to Saudi Arabia, he doesnt want to move to Turkey, and the only offers from Italy (understandable) have been significantly lower. For a player to move on loan in Italy, they have to sign the full permanent contract which then is enforced if the option/obligation is triggered.

Again, there's no demand - I dont think anyone can fault what the club are trying to do with Correa, but no one (acceptable to Correa) wants the guy.

The only person you should be blaming here is Correa for not having a realistic outlook on his future. And, I guess, Inzaghi for signing an OBVIOUSLY SHIT player in the first place

If you freeze out a player in Italy there precedence in Italy that a player can get the contract annulled, for Inter that would be a heavy blow in terms of FFP.

For me Arnie is a great addition to our squad. His talent was never questionable. But last season he was injured alot so that's a concern. But for me a fit Arnautovic is a great partner for Lautaro.

Even if arnautovic is signed and samardzic wont sign, there should be 55M available... lets see what happens with this money.

Pedulla saying we want 2 strikers.
Nothing. We will pay off some debts. ;)

Re Arnautovic: abbysmal signing. But I have accepted he was the one some days ago. It is what it is. Hope we qualify for the CL League next season and play EU football after the winter break. It’s gonna be a difficult season.

It depends on the price. We could've finished this early for 5 probably. But one week before the season starts you'll end up paying more. So 8m is reasonable. Not the best of investment but I'd definitely pay 8m for him than overpay for Taremi, Beth etc

Agree on all other aspects but then you had to include as if Inzaghi signed this guy. Which is simply not true. He didn't have credentials to do any signings back then, now he has some. Correa was our 4th choice option after first 3 failed, signed in August so it wasn't like Inzaghi handpicked him. It was a panic buy, Lotito smell blood and now here we are. But I'm not blaming Inzaghi on that, more on the management for not finding better fit.

We honestly have one striker right now. The rest will all be 3rd/4th choices in my eyes. Thuram, Arnautovic, and Correa, or whoever replaces him. I'm starting to miss Dzeko and I've never been a fan of that transfer either... Who would've thought.

correa wasnt really a marotta/etc signing - its not like we've really been linked with him historically either. I'm not saying Inzaghi pulled rank and said Inter signs Correa, but rather, I dont think Correa would have been on our radar if it wasnt for Inzaghi as a coach
