Pretty sure we'll get a new forward in January, no matter if Alexis leaves or not. I don't expect our management to come out and say it publicly how desperate we are for a decent backup in attack.

We can survive with what we have in other areas though.

Taremi’s goal scoring output is way down compared to previous seasons. And he’s approaching 32 years young and plays in a lesser league where goals are much easier to come by than in Italy. Is this really the player we’d want?

We need a 3rd striker we can rely upon if, God forbid, LM or Thuram get injured for an amount of time. Taremi would not be it IMO

We need someone old and useless on high wages that we cannot get rid off for those very reasons, so Taremi is the right one for that "project".

I read in one Bulgarian sport site, that according to Italian media the only offer which Man U received about Matrial for now, it's from Inter. Loan + 8 mln obligation.
Anyone with more accurate information?

I'd not touch a single player from the current Man U side. Especially a forward. Even for free.
Wan-Bissaka (like Dumfries, maybe even better in defence)
Shaw (talented leftback/wingback/LCB but kinda injury prone)
Rashford (too costly, but I know he would flourish under Inzaghi)
Bruno Fernandes (could play instead of Mkhi, but another costly player)

Huh, I guess yer right, I'd only take Wan Bissaka

Everytime I open this thread I get the impression that Taremi is only forward left in this world. Inter really can't see ANY other option?!

Doubt it. Martial is receiving 15m gross at United. We won't make him highest paid just to sit on the bench.
