Definitely needs to start against Fiorentina. Godin shouldn't be playing in three games in the span of ten days

Chiesa played as RWB in a 3-5-2 today (and most likely vs us too). It is too risky to let Bastoni handle their most dangerous player.

I'd rather rest Godin and use Dumbo as RCB.

That is what I meant. Playing Dumbo to keep Skriniar at LCB to contain Chiesa in his pocket; instead of Bastoni LCB and Skriniar RCB.

Im more and more impressed by this guy. Even when he makes mistake, he simply picks it up and continues, without hitting his motivation and confidence. Something none of our previous young defenders (bar Skriniar) did that (Rano, Juan, Murillo.. All played well until one fuckup).

I'd play him as a starter at LCB. No other defender we have is better at that position.

Murillo was the definition of fool's gold. Miranda made the kid look like a stud - the minute he had to play without Miranda he turned into utter trash.

Bastoni looks impressive, but playing beside three of the ten or fifteen best CBs in the world helps.

he was good. Well, he was a bit shaky against Fiorentina and Genoa, but today he was perfect. He stopped Callejon many times. Lozano was also unable to pass him.
