According to Calcio e Finanza, Growth Decree can be used and thus Alexis will cost Inter 9.17m€ per year.

If this is the case, it's even more brilliant deal.

That gross salary equals less than 5m€ "normal" net salary.

I’m so glad this deal is done and he is our player.

I think most of not all of us just enjoy the energy, the passion and most importantly the anger he brings to matches. We needed someone with this drive and his quality and to get him for practically a steal is just even sweeter.

would love to get a lawyers perspective because i dont see any way its possible UNLESS because sanchez wasnt long enough in Italy to be tax resident in 2019, but he's been here long enough this year to be tax resident already

Yeah, honestly I don't get it how they could make it work. Some shenanigans with United that they paid his full salary and we just compensated the agreed portion? But still, if he's doing his work in Italy, he should pay his taxes to Italian tax authority?

So many questions, so few answers.

hmm i wonder, thats a good point, though, taxation is based on residency, not the HQ of the company who pays you.

He is a speed demon... don’t think he has 3 more years in the tank. Also 7 million net.....

Lautaro agent is already going to be like give us that. Not our problem he made a billion at United. No other team
Wants him and no other team can afford his wages. We need to be more stingy when it comes to wages

He is not really a speed demon, if you watch him closely how many time do you actually see him beating his man with speed? He is an intelligent and skillful player who is not reliant much on his speed anymore so he should age well if he doesnt get injured.

But yea, I agree with the salary thing it might be slightly high for us but hes a much better gamble than Godin anyway.

A speed demon when he was a younger man for sure. Not so much these days however he’s a highly intelligent player, has a winning personality which we desperately need in our squad and still has a few good years in those legs.

I would class him as a very agile and mobile player that sometimes gives off the illusion that he is fast because of his movements (if that makes sense). He ain’t slow by any means but he ain’t a ‘speed demon’ by any means anymore.

I would love to see a sprint test of our squad, and that way knowing if Alexis has lost his pace and by how much. According to some sources in Feb17 his fastest sprint was 34.45kmph
