Don't have one.
Its said hes a request from Inzaghi
Coaches love this dude, nothing surprising there. When you have a bunch of unknowns to choose from and morata they are picking morata, and that's unfortunate for us coz I think we should be risking more and not settling for him, but what can you do...

Now it's time for @Brehme to appear and say

Most probably is like Marotta said to Inzaghi "we will get Morata, are you agree?"
"Yeah. I don't have a choice anyway"

Inzaghi wants an experienced striker, Marotta is getting him one.

Sky saying either Inter pays 20.5M or Morata will stay. Today's offer was 15M.

This is just such a typical Inzaghi and Marotta signing. I'd rather take a punt on Balogun, who I've admittedly never watched kick a ball before, than settle for a mediocre "proven" commodity.

There are things Morata does well but he's only suitable as a fourth choice striker. You just know he'll end up starting every league match.

If he ends up starting every league match, it means he's doing a good job.

If we sign Morata and Correa stays, that's underwhelming. But if we sign Morata, can sell Correa and then replace him with some younger striker, that would sound a lot better.

Dzeko started matches more often than not because Lukaku was missing half the season.

I think it's all about the money. There was a rumor that we offered 40mln euro for Gun, but Arsenal want 40mlm GBP at least. Now, we placed a 15mln bid for Morata, but Atletico want 20mln.
Fuck both of them and get Beto. Udinese is easier to deal with.

How much Beto costs?

Probably at least 25m, but I could see Udinese asking even more. At least in January they rejected ~30m offer from EPL.

I saw some report that they ask for 30mln, but I think we could close on 25. His salary will be less compare to the other targets.
"Still more expensive and younger than Morata", thought Marotta/Limone.

Btw. Isn't their price a bit high for him? 35+m sounds like too much, if they rejected 30m already.

We need a goalscorer not a Morata.

He brings experience... He comes as a co-pilot. He doesn't have a big ego... Or any ego... Lol

Idk, it's not that bad of a transfer. But definitely not the one we need.

Morata has always seemed to me as a poor version of Fernando Morientes.

Really hoping that he's not being brought here to take over whatever Lukaku's supposed to be.

Atletico want the full 21mil release clause paid. We’re offering 15mil. I’m fairly certain it’s going to happen for 18-19.
