1. Strong management team that look at results and results only.
2. A coach with a winning mentality that sees coming first as the only mean of successiding.
3. A true leader in the team.
4. Fans that stick to the team in the good times and the bad times.
5. A playmaker who's capable of changing the course of any game (rarely we'll find 1 willing to join Inter at the time being).

1. a manager who can give his team a bollocking but still also have them remain on his side
2. a 1st choice keeper who remains in the team unless he is injured
3. 2 solid central defenders
4. 20-25 goal a season striker and a 15 goal a season striker
5. a midfielder who gets 10+ goals
6. 9 of the 11 who will play every week if fit

I agree here 100%, plus I would give midfielder with 20+ assists.

With regard to point no.3 I meant that we need someone who can left team when we are under pressure or behind in crucial games. Someone like (Gerrard) of Liverpool.

As for the fans, I believe that they have to stick to the team more when its going through a difficult phase. What disapointed me about Inter fans this season is the low number of season tickets purchased compared to the same time of last season. This implies that the fans are frustrated with the team and some of them or not even bothered to go and see Inter play. :(
