Maybe things were boiling since the Sneijder affair, Strama coming out and saying things like Wesley isn't playing for "tactical" reasons and such may damage how the manager is regarded by a player.

I can't judge the situation completely because like you said, we don't know the whole picture on who started what. However, if Cassano is to be blamed then I say ban and fine him. The last thing we need at this difficult time on everyone, the manager, players and fans, is someone who creates trouble despite of his experience in these situations.

Yeah, 100% true.

Still, I think if Materazzi was there...

a true manager never lets a player confront him or argue with him in front of other players, not to mention physical contact.

a true manager benches cassanos ass till the end of the season and sells him.

i mean, this is a must if he wants to stay in charge with things...

A true manager does what's best for the team, and if that's benching Cassano, then so be it.

But let me say this, the rest of the season would be extremely arduous for us to proceed without Cassano.

True, but when you fight with your boss, it rarely matters what it was about - the blame is on you. Just like if Strama has a fight with Moratti, I would blame Strama. I just hope Moratti understands that and takes Strama's side, or the locker-room will be lost.

Moreover, this is so fucking Cassano. It has fuckface written all over it. When the going gets tough, and the club desperately needs him, he explodes shit all over the club. He just cannot be trusted. If this fight is true, I don't care what it was over, we need to punish Cassano, and in the summer, we should sack his fucking ass. Only when you take steps like that, will this kind of shit stop happening.

A part of me is still hoping that this didn't happen or is some kind of a joke.

Yes, I agree, this is a large part at least Cassano's fault. However, people shouldnt pass judgement on him until they're fully appraised of the situation. Maybe Strama fucked his wife? You never know. Strama SHOULD be in the right here, but dont start insulting people until we know for sure what happened

Strama said, that he'll be back for the Tottenham game. Seems like a little punishment. A least Cassano can have a little bit rest and be fresher for EL game.

I think this is blown out of proportion by the media. They had a fight, Cassano has little punishment, and he will be back for EL, mark my words. They'll kiss and make up, dont worry.
