Poor performance against Spurs? He made that great chance to Alvarez. He also made one chance Alvarez to rush forward towards Spurs defence line but Ricky just screwed it by giving the ball away easily. Even against tough games, he can be genius, it just requires other players to perform too. He's no Zlatan who can do shit all by himself.

man cassano is worhtless, we would actually play better without him. we sold coutinho because of this lunatic and what does he do, nothing. he doesnt do anything. he is out of form and at this point we only have palacio to count on in attack. ofcourse, there is also ricky and schelotto but they are no strikers.

what good is this guy to us really? he is a heartpatient with moodswings who only has one decent half in his tank. people are gonna say look at his stats, look what he has done so far. he hasnt done shit, if we played coutinho or alvarez each game instead of cassano they would have similar stats. not to mention the difference in fitness and workrate.

it would actually be a good thing if they ship his ass out next mercato tbh. i cant wait

You know we are desperate when you can count the highlights of a player with just two fingers, in a 90 minutes game and still not call it a poor performance. But I agree Cafe, not because I think he wasn't poor, just because it's really hard to judge players at the current Inter (bar Handa)

Reading here that Alavrez made a great run behind Spurs defense and Cassano made a great assist and so on ... I didn't see anything great. There were four or five Spurs Players between them and the only reason Ricky got the ball was pure luck.

Anyway: Question to the people talking about the greatness of Cassano and that he just has to be made fit. When will this happen? When he's 35???

Scored 8 in Serie A and assisted in 8 another.

In Canadian classification only 4 players are better: Totti, Hamsik, Cavani and El Shaarawy.

Still being called lazy, useless asshole at FIF :yao:

The last 4 years the amount of people on this board who have jizzed on and on about Cassano and how he would be the perfect signing for us and how it would be "a dream" to see him in our colours... Now he makes one mistake and he's worse than Quaresma LOL.

Nevermind the fact he has been played out of position: on the wing, lone striker upfront, nevermind the fact the rest of the team is absolute dog shit and look to him to create almost everything in the final 3rd of the pitch, nevermind the fact with his goals and assists he has contributed to nearly 20 goals for this team already this season and was a large factor in our 10 game winning streak. No, the guy is a joke and needs to be sold for abusing the great Saint Strama how dare he! :fu:

Keep him if he's content with being an impact player, but having a player who doesn't run and who slows down our already slow build up continuously isn't doing as favours. His statistics on paper are impressive, but it belies the truth as he also ruins countless attacks and has countless weaknesses to his game.

Plus, of course his stats are going to be impressive. Who else is going to get assists considering our midfield in most games? who else is going to score goals considering how deep the rest of the side is 80% of the time?

To be fair, I only wanted Cassano prior to his heart problem, he still looked very fit and was quite agile on the ball during that time.

After his heart attack, my urge of wanting him here damped, especially after our acquisition of Palacio.

I'm pretty sure it's the case too for a lot of people, but 7mil + Cassano for Pazzini is a deal you'd never refuse. I still wouldn't refuse it up to this day.
