Man sorry but Cassano definitly is the best Italian talent we have had in a long time. The players you mentioned all played at the world cup and you saw how that panned out. Cassano in the last 3 seasons has been phenomenal.

Yes and if Cassano were to play in the World Cup he'd obviously be a shining star and drag them through the group stage. 1 player wouldn't have made that much difference.

Phenomenal is Messi/Ronaldo, Cassano has matured and is playing very well and I never said he wouldn't be a good signing, I just said that those 3 players were better players and Italian also.

Then there is also the tactic, which is 4-2-1-3, where the wingers are now more of a strikers, than wingers (not help out in deffense as much). That's why it wasn't that much of an issue having Dinho there, who sucks in deffense.

Cassano would IDEALLY fit the Ronaldinho slot, that he occupied on the side of the 3 attackers in Leonardos lineup. I mean fuckin IDEALLY. Same kind of player, very similar way of playing (cutting inside from the left, lots of creativity, and great technical player, who can also score).

I guess the only plausible explanation is leo didn't want him....I'm sure leo was MM's man all along to replace fat man so...they must have discussed this before I guess leo said I need kaka and fabiano and MM said kaka?... no worries my son I'll make it happen...leave everything to me..

Yes, I know all about Cassano. I wasn't fan of bringing him here either, but our situation does not give us much of a choice.
