So our 12M coach is ''happy'' with the performance on a night we crash out of Europe. By a B-squad like Shahktar, in our own stadium and we only needed to win. After he showed again he can only prepare a team this much and after the match started he doesn't do anything but yelling at the players. He make his subs to late, whether there are wrong or not is always something you can debate but we all saw that he made the wrong ones. Afterwards he is complaining about the referee and VAR? I think that the performance wasn't the worst, if this was our first match or something. But under these circumstances the performance was not good and courageus enough. I can understand how we started, but I have no idea why he risked so late. This decision was on him and there is noone to blame. He should have gone full attack mode starting from the 45th minute as if we had nothing to lose even with a loss. There were many times where I fehlt fans were too harsh to him, but yesterday he definitely tailored his destiniy himself.

Anything else than winning the scudetto would be considered a failure as of now, and rightfully so.

The thing that bothers me the most is our intensity and character that were so down in the most improtant game of the season, its just like i saw the team and i couldnt belive this guys play so damn terrible in game like this, instead of going up with the most motivation as they can be from the first minute, we threw the first half with a really disgrace of performance and in second half we were barely average at most.
Last year vs barca b, same team, same scenario and ofc same shit, the team look so off and clueless, i dont know wtf conte is doing but its seems that instead of being motivated, they look just the opposite in both games..

Every important game it's the same. Just look at the last year at both juve games, barcelona games, Sevilla, this season Real games and yesterday, and I can predict that we will shit ourselfs vs. juve. Whenever we play important game or game vs. big team we choke ourself. Obviously there is something wrong either with mentality or bad decisions from week to week. Whatever Conte does until the end of the season surely after tonight he is gone in the summer.

Like I really hated it when we signed him on but the whole argument based on his somewhat successful track record led me to give him the benefit of the doubt. And I would have tolerated anything but that tactical inflexibility is really one of my worst peeves, it’s so bad that everybody and their grandparents would ask the same questions after watching a few games of this team. Management just has to own up to this and admit they got it wrong. Somehow, I believe Conte knows he’s leaving after this season or that was agreed upon during that crap pre-season meeting. That top 4 target statement and his indifference to results and lack of passion is glaringly obvious. This was done so that probably we look for someone in the meantime to replace his stubborn ass. That’s my take on it and hopefully it’s the case regardless of whether we win or lose the scudetto this season.
