Not the world, but may be in the Arab world, more fans in Algeria have this mentality than in Egypt. But too much violence, and bloodshed. The best of all Arab fans are the Tunisians. This is all from an ultras point of view as well, not just regular fans.

^ I watched that last match, the atmosphere was INTENSE.
They were lucky the match ended the way it did cause it had great potential to erupt into chaos.
