Thierry Henry is the best player in the world. He is just so taltented, so skilled, and he is still only in his 20s. Ronaldinho comes in a close 2nd and Zidane perhaps is the 3rd.

Cordoba is very good but he is not world class .
Stam is only strong , he doesn't have very good tackles or speed , just an improved version of Materazzi .
Thuram is average period ,
Campbell is good but not better , Samuel is great but I think Chivu would do better with Nesta , he's very agile and a very good marker and tackler .

Yes..coz Maldini will soon be 37 and isn't in his best years..and for 2 seasons he plays as central defender..although he is still one of the best defenders in the world, I would rather see Samuel in his place..

I've started supporting Milan in 1995..just about George Weah joined the club..Also one of the greatest croatian players Zvonimir Boban was there. so maybe that fact also influented on my choice..
