I'd take either of Hal's lineups at this point. I'd also like to scrap the whole 3-man defense thing however. Seeing as how much our defense has improved and with Handa playing great, I'd also be tempted to try the "Ricky in CM" idea.

Cuchu and JZ can cover up for Ricky's mediocre defensive ability. We all know Capitano isn't going very far forward anyways. Yuto and Obi/Gargano add lots of energy and running to the right side and our trio up front are on fairly good form. It's worth a shot

Did anyone notice Milan are 15th with 7 points? Hahahahhahahhaha!!!! This is too fucking hilarious. Fucking bastards this is for 2010/2011.

I'm not really paying Milan any mind this season, they're so crap I actually find myself feeling sorry for them. We are currently so much stronger than them that I don't even feel they deserved to be called rivals (at least for this season). I think this season we'll see the emergerce of a fiercer Inter-Napoli or Inter-Lazio rivalry.

Technically it's still PDT because we don't rotate the clock back for another weekend. So I'm only 8 hours apart from Italy for a week.

is the time correct tho? that's the most important thing.. the whole daylight saving time system often makes me goes :chan:

This will be a crucial game if we are to continue our hunt for the Champions League place... that is our main goal for the season, and to win a trophy (Serie A is most unlikely).

Bologna represents a solid challenge. While they are not in great form thus far this season they have individuals that on their day can cause serious problems. These are experienced players in Diamanti, Gilardino, and Guarante. They also have some ex-Interistas in Rene Krhin and Roberto Acquafresca. In my opinion they have a better squad than their overall position indicates and I expect them to get to mid-table by the end of the season. This is their expected starting 11:

25 AGLIARDI, 8 GARICS, 5 ANTONSSON, 21 CHERUBIN, 3 MORLEO, 6 TAIDER, 30 PAZIENZA, 33 KONE, 23 DIAMANTI, 18 GABBIADINI, 10 GILARDINO

System is usually a 4-3-1-2 with Taider in the hole behind the striking duo of Diamanti and Gilardino. Pazienza (the form Buve man) is the holder and on either side are Kone and Gabbiadini.

As for us I would like to see:

1 HANDANOVIC, 23 RANOCCHIA, 25 SAMUEL, 40 JESUS, 4 ZANETTI, 55 NAGATOMO, 21 GARGANO, 19 CAMBIASSO, 8 PALACIO, 99 CASSANO, 22 MILITO

The main worry is the counter as 2 v 3 is a lot different 2 v 4, and with the creativity of Diamanti I hope Ranocchia, Juan, and Samuel are up to the task. The aerial battle will also be important as Gilardino can score from any position, and he seems to thrive being the main man at these smaller clubs.

Time to take care of business...

Let Juan rest a bit, and Samuel - Rano rested in EL, Naga hasn't played for weeks and is rested as well, and i like that trio in the attack. The midfield is packed as well, maybe even Gaby could play instead of Guarin...

It doesn't mean anything, we don't play with SB.

Last time that Ricky was our only available player for the AMF position, inter had won 8 games in a row. I'm buying it also now. This is "Ricky's time" and i don't want him to waste it.

Well..not really. Sure he needs to rest, but it's not the time for that, we need our best player on the pitch.
Bolgona away is much harder than it seems, rest him when we got a promising lead. Sure we have Juve coming next week, but losing to Bolgona would just be like losing to Juve, so we must try hard to win Bolgona and not lose to Juve. I don't get why he was played in EL anyway, that's kind of the games he needs to be rested.
