It's a fact that Stramaccioni ALWAYS uses a player that knows how to pass the ball all around the field as the central midfielder / playmaker in his 433 (ex. in Primavera it was Crisetig). Yes, Strama likes even better to play with a trequartista and a 4231, but since don't have any available right know, there's practically no other choice.
Deki is the only one of our available midfielders who has enough vision and "playmaking" skills to play in that position. As much as I like Poli and think he is our most effective midfielder we have right now - his passing (at least until now) is way below what Stankovič showed in the last games in that position. I still wait for a 30m-40m al-over-the-pitch pass to the foot of the teammate from Poli
That is why Strama will play Stankovič 10000% in the first team in that position and nobody else. AND I do not think Guarin will be a starter already, because he does not have a whole match in his legs (probably 45min at most as of now) and there's no chance he'll put Guarin AND Stankovič (who does not have a whole match in his legs, too) in the first eleven at the same time.
In my opinion:
Starting midfield: Cambiasso-Stankovič-Poli
2nd half midfield: Guarin-Cambiasso-Poli
