Inter Milan majority shareholder Massimo Moratti has made an informal offer for AS Roma striker Antonio Cassano.
Moratti spoke with Roma president Franco Sensi about Cassano immediately after Italy was eliminated from Euro2004 in which the young striker was one of only a few bright lights for the Azzurri. :D

The Inter chief spoke with his good friend about Cassano's availability and told him he would be willing to pay £20 million for the 22 year-old.

Sensi did not turn down the offer and is still considering it. Cassano's contract runs to 2006 and his agent is scheduled to hold talks with Roma officials in November about a new deal.



Is it true?? one more great player to our team :D :heart:

I´d really prefer if you don´t open topics when the contents are rumours from a site like Tribalfootball.com :)

But I´ll let it slide this time, and you guys can continue discussing this extremely unrealistic rumour.

but since, it has been allowed .... i wud have a few words on this :

Cassano wud be a great buy, incase we decide to sell vieri ...

As if we don't have our own financial problems. :D This transfer is completely impossible. The author of that rumour didn't even put a quote from Moratti or Sensi. Even 5 year-old kid could have made that rumour.

"Moratti is meeting good friend Sensi to discuss Cassano transfer". What a joke!!! I could easily replace them like this: "Galliani is meeting good friend Perez to discuss Raul transfer".

I truly can't wait for the silly season to be over. This summer has proven to be the worst I have ever had to endure. :(

cheer up mate ,they say we want Legrottaglie ,Mijahlovic and Montero and are willing to give Cannavaro and Martins , but IRL we are getting Veron and Davids for nothing :dielaugh: :star:

I'm surprised you would say so because so far I think this summer has been fantastic. We are linked to good players, we have made 2 good signgins and have let go un-needed players, and we are supposedly close to having Mancio become the new coach. You simply can't get realistically better than that (and its all happened b4 the market has begun so things can only get better, or drastically worst in your eyes Han. :D )

We have a totally different view on the signing of Veron and Cambiasso. Me thinks Veron is an overpaid has-been who will kill Emre's talent. You think he'll solve our midfield problem. Me thinks Cambiasso is overpaid, not needed and an obstacle towards Beati's growth. You think he's a good and decent backup. Anyway, let's not argue about this here. :D

Signing Cassano wouldn't be bad at all, but if Inter signs him it means that Vieri will leave.
But i think that Inter should sign him cause Adriano can play better if he has Cassano as his partner.
Anyway I have always wanted Inter to sign Italian players, I don't know about you.

exactly, it's just :wallbang: You should do like us in juventuz.com, start a thread with a title like this: "tribalfootball, the worst source in the net!" and make it essential, maybe people would realize how awful that site really is... I can't believe I used to visit that site... :wallbang: Well, credits for oba coz he showed that site to me... :D

Really, let's leave this rumour, the deal will never happen.

But.......Adriano-Cassano....wow!!That would be amazing.

Dear fans of inter,
I really think Vieri should be out of this club maybe its time for him to go out. He should join clubs like Siena,Ancona,Empoli or Sampdoria and many more. I think Inter should get someone like Cassano standard. u guys agree or not? :D :D :D ;)

Oh yeah i really think we should get Kassano!!!
He is very fast and very good with da ball in his legs!He makes crosses and pass well-with Adriano/da Great/will be killing duo!!!
And i really think with Recoba behind Cassano and Adriano we will score and play great atractive football like Roma last season!

Inter board should learn one or 2 things about
Murinho. The guy wants ONLY 24-5 players and thats
it. This way you will reduce the possibility of tension among
your players. Moreover, it will be easier to create a good
harmony within the club!

c'mmon ... may be inter is trying to loan/sell players ....

it takes time ... and even mancini in yesterday's interview said that it will take sometime.

Lets hope that by the time the seasons starts, we will have 25/26 players' squad

:)
