6th: Inter v Fiorentina
7th: Sampdoria v Inter
8th: Inter v Juventus


I say we should win against Chievo and Verona, so that we have some leeway against Fiorentina and Juventus. So we don't need to play to win against Fiora and Juve, sometimes it's better to go into a game with that mentality when you are first on the table. That could still mean that we can beat Fiora and Juve, but playing too openly against them is suicide (even tho Juve is being shit right now) and it's a mental thing where players think they just need to play their own game, not play to win. Mou used that mentality a lot.

Winning the derby was nice, but those type of games eventually decide if you finish top 3 or not. Hopefully there is some progress aswell because we cannot rely on Jojo

This will be an extremely difficult fixture. Relying on individual players for moments of brilliance may not work as well against a team as organized as Chievo. This is one of there fixtures where I wish we would invite Chievo to pressure us, and try and catch them out on a counter.

This is one of those matches that good teams don't drop points. Time to prove our worth.

Against Rube Gamberini was their top player in df...but he had to come off as he got injured and after that they looked more lost in df.
Their counters can also be deadly as Birsa is in the best form of his life atm...Meggiorini and Paloschi are enjoying Birsa's service tbh.Hetemaj is also doing well as is Frey,also their GK is also in good form and we will have to be very accurate to get one past him.Slovenia's captain Cesar could have scored 2x against Rube from set pieces sponsored by Birsa but he was unfortunate that Buffon managed to push it to the post and it went out and that the ref dissalowed his goal later for an unknown reason.He also scored against Switzerland for Slovenia on a set piece with a fine header(again Birsa assist from a corner).Murillo or Melo or whoever will have to mark him carefully as Birsa+Cesar duo is dangerous from those tbh.

Difficult game...as it's 1st vs 2nd...who would have thought that in May eh?!

If JoJo,Icardi,Perisic step up though then...They will sit back and defend well as they are incredibly organized in the back and will try to counter us...We should watch out particullary from the start of the game...Murillo musn't do anymore fuck ups from the start like he did against Carpi and BBilan(not punished then)but our luck could change...

Mancio could exploite Cesar's weakness as he likes to tackle...too much and we should be looking for a penalty against him...:troll:

I'll probably miss the first half of this one. Sundays are my day off and I normally sleep in about an hour or two. When I don't get that hour or two I get pissy. Although I normally don't go anywhere this time of year on Sundays since my two loves(Football and American Football) are both on. So maybe I will wake up early since only my wife will have to deal with me.

Fiorentina is good but no reason we shouldn't beat them.

Champions need to beat all the weak teams and get good results against the top teams.

Tbh this year the second most important objective for me personally after qualifying to CL, is beating jube.

Jokes aside, lets not get ahead of ourselves. We got 9 points, but our team is still very disjointed and a lot of new players who haven't yet gelled together. Games like this away at Chievo (small team in great form with great teamwork) are extremely dangerous and can expose our weaknesses as a team. They were the better team last weekend at the Juventus Stadium, and that is saying something

Getting even a single point out of this one will be an achievement.
