Adam, we used to have an interview thread where people can be asked all kind of questions, but it went dead, but this is a good reference if someone wanted to know something about someone for whatever reason.
Well, my name is Hamid, I was born and rasied in Saudi arabia, lived half my life there and the other half in Canada. My parents are originally from Eritrea in Noth east africa, but they migrated to Saudi long before my birth. I am not a terrorist, well, there was that time that we...but my mate was colour-blind.
I am 27 years old, about 175 cm tall and 67 kg. I am doing masters in engineering and I am not sure what to do after that. I don't like making long-term plans, because they 99% of the time they don't happen, so I just make short-term plans.
As of late, I am becoming slim obsessed. I took my weight down by about 10 kg the past two years. It's not the trapped female model in me, but it's like a defence mechanism. Both my parents and few of my uncles have diabetes and high blood pressure although they are skinny and don't eat much, so I guess it runs in the family and I am trying not to get it. I am 50% sure I am diabetic right now because I have some of the symptoms, but I don't want to take a test for whatever reason
Also, I had to see a dentist lately and he outright told me to stop eating chocolate and sugar because it's ruining my teeth. I used to eat ALOT of chocolate bars and now I have to substitue them with granola bars, not fun!
Additionally, I started jogging as of late, I used to play soccer at least once a week in Saudi but around once every 2-3 years in Canada, so I never excercised much. I don't jog much, just about 2 km or so once every few days. A lesson I learned from jogging? Don't sleep without a proper dinner/supper, wank and then run few hours later, just DON'T.
