Asamoah should definitely be upgraded or not starting next season if we have funds left over next summer though.

This guy is Gagliardini of full backs, he’ll never be good enough for higher level. Solid player for mid table teams.

Glad this puts an end to the Biraghi is good enough debate. Himself and D'Ambrosio need to be backups vs shit league teams. Not starting in big CL games.

Asamoah is the far better player and always has been.

D'Ambro is genius compared to Biraghi

D'Ambro in the past year until now is genius to Biraghi, but he was not like that before that period. Perhaps, like D'Ambro, it takes time for him to develop his mentality. We just need to hang on for 6 years until he can develop to be a decent backup like D'Ambro is now.

Too early to write him off, but I'm disappointed. He's a solid player who I saw extensively at Fiorentina and I expected to be a useful squad player, but he's been just shit so far.

What's his arrangement, a loan swap with Dalbert with options for both teams? Honestly Dalbert has been much better for Fiorentina in the same LWB position in their 352 than Biraghi. Whatever. Irrespective of how Biraghi turns out, Dalbert needs to be sold. If Biraghi doesn't improve, then he shouldn't be redeemed.

Get Marcos Alonso in his place: Still 28, knows Conte, perfect for 3-5-2, CL experience.

Ours is a purchase, no? Dalberto Carlos will be back here next summer.

Biraghi is on loan with option to buy for 12m while Dalbert is on a dry loan.

Feel like he’s been playing too much lately. Looked better when he was rotating with Asamoah. Maybe it’s just because he was the new toy then.

I feel like if Asamoah is still injured, I'd prefer to see Lazaro and Candreva.

From so far what I have seen, Biraghi is not Inter material. He is a solid rotation player, and maybe a starter for a mid table team. But no way is he good enough to be pushing for a starting position for us.

I don't think his transfer has anything to do with Dalbert's. The latter has certainly been better for Fio than Biraghi for us, not sure whether they will try to buy him next season. But left wingback is definitely a position we will need to spend some bucks on next season.

At this point I don't give a shit about their defensive qualities as long as they are great at something other than just running for fucks sake.

i don't know why, but I feel like he'll end up being one of those players that always seems to contribute something meaningful despite not being a main fixture of the best 11

Mediocre is precisely he is. Not shit but certainly do not provide much in attack except for decent cross here and there. Heck, Candreva in the left is even better than him.

But I think LB position is not priority for now. If Asamoah returns with him as back up and Candreva occasionally on the left would be sufficient. I'd rather keep this set of player and then go for big in the summer.

Only bright side is that he's not as much of a liability as Dalbert was but the funny thing is Dalbert is doing great things in Florence.

This dude gives me Santon's vibe. Send him back to Fiorentina.
