Agree or not, but Inter or our management should not be blamed if C.Zanetti is tempted to leave for another club. Why is all this happening - CAMBIASSO ! Simple as that. If Cambiasso hadn't done what he has been doing since last season, C.Zanetti would had been playing week in and week out. C.Zanetti might have done the job very well but Cambiasso in the other hand has been just PERFECT !! And I would still respect C.Zanetti if he leaves, coz a player of his calibre deserves to play. Too bad that he might not be with us.:depress:

I bet we´ve tried to sign him already, but why would Cristiano sign with Inter? He very well knows that if he signs, then he´s career is pretty much over. He should sign of course if he dont want to play and still wants quite good paychecks, but if he has any desire to play...then he obviously should leave as soon as possible.

rumor has it that Juve have already agreed a deal with him, so it's not about playing time as he won't get a minute of playtime there. At Inter he's behind two players in the pecking order and that will be the case at the old hooker as well...

actually at inter he has much more of playing chances than he will ever get at juve,a consider him a great player and i would respect his desicion to leave,but mancini does use him alot,and i think while we are playing in 3 competions,he will still be needed.

What I understood from that text, it says we've offered him a new contract but he's holding it, cause wants to have guarantees about playing time. Of course we can't give it to him (Cambiasso) so he plays us for this season and then leaves to Juventus next summer. Leaves to Juventus doing what? Sitting on the bench behind Vieira and Emerson. If I really guess this right, then Cristiano can phuck himself.

On the other hand if I'm guessing wrong that latter one, then it's okay for me, if he signs for some other team (not Milan though) because we can understand his situation like Tommi mentioned. But he can't really get any more playing time at Juventus than at Inter. If Mancini could guarantee a bit more rotation on midfield section, he could maybe accept that? (unless CZ really wants to have a starting spot)

Where else can he have the chance to play in a top team? Milan, Juve, Fiore and even Roma are set.

Unless he'd rather play in a mid-table team than with us, then it's fine. We can find many DM's like him; DM's that can defend well, get booked alot, and not help offensively.

Juve has more DM than us, C Zanetti will have more chances to play with us. Perhaps Inter will have to increase his salary to make him play less...

i doubt C.Z will stay though...Cambiasso is having such long and good run, that'll make C.Z stays on the bench for most of the time...(except for friendlies and italian cup)...

unfortunately not too many Italian players r doing well abroad ... otherwise we cud have swapped him for Van Bommel or Sylvinho.

Barca need a DM with Xavi being out for the season. And both Sylvinho and Van Bommel are regularly on the bench at Barca.

I hope Inter resigns CZ. Letting him leave and possibly to Juve is extremely stupid. Moreover the Zebras are not in dire need of a Def Mid and he will still rot on the bench.

that is of course the 2nd option, but it looks unlikely that Hammer will sign a new contract

Yeah. I'm just afraid that he's gonna do a Vieri and still move to a rival club even though he clearly knows that he'll rot on the bench because Emerson - Vieira are irreplacable and it's not as if they tire as easily as the Recobas.

I just heard that Juve has changed Barone with Blasi, so Juve has 3 good dm's and 1 normal dm(giankaneda) i don't think that they need CZ to be the 5th... maybe he returns to Roma, i don't know..
