Incorrect. Pajo meant 'don't blame Forlan for the loss because he was playing on the wing and thus couldn't do anything'.

Forlan has been absolutely useless since coming to Inter and in this match, he sucked balls. That's all people are stating here. No one blames him for this loss specifically.

And what are you even saying Willy? 'It's not right to blame individual players because the whole team played bad?'

What, are we supposed to just blame the pitch then? The team is made up of the invidiuals isn't it? Gotta start somewhere.

Forlan has been absolutely useless since coming to Inter and in this match, he sucked balls.

Absolutely useless? Okay.

He has just played 8 matches (I don't know which one he played after 45') He has been bad, but unless you're Messi it's fucking hard to shine in this team. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, 8 matches are not enough for me to judge him.

That's all people are stating here. No one blames him for this loss specifically.
That's correct. The one who blames him for the loss, with all the respect.... :trollol:

No, it's not. What I'm trying to say is, I don't know, blaming Forlan is quite unfair IMHO, because of the reasons I mentioned above.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you meant: ¿Start somewhere of the sake of it?

Sorry if you didn't meant that, if you did, that's your opinion, I don't share it. :D

Must be the worst transfers of all time. Whenever he plays he sucks, and then I cant even remember more than three games he has even played.

What a complete waste of money, which I sadly knew. Forlan has and will always be a mediocre player.

I didn't mean 'start somewhere for the sake of it'. I just mean you can't blame everything on the system or team performance. The individuals take the blame just as much.

But, like I said, I don't blame Forlan for this loss. At all.

I just don't like the guy and think his transfer to us was a waste. When I say he's been useless, I mean in the sense of 'he has added nothing to this team'.

forlan is a mediocre player? HAHAHAHA.. i don't even know what to say. he is one game back and he made one or two bad crosses and a few good ones, probably our single best scoring chance at the end was because of him. CR had him playing wide to force the ball in from the side, the formation was awful, we were rushing to score.. you cannot put this loss on him. CR put him in for Poli but why, why not have him and poli play together on the side.. makes zero sense.

Jim, we all know that Forlan has been a disappointment with us but obviously he's more than a mediocre player. That was above the line though.

He has been sucking with us but dude has class and sadly he couldn't succeed here. :(

Jimmy bro.. Forlan has been flop for us, but he didn't have luck. We are stuck with two average managers, and he had more injuries than he had his entire career.

Calling him mediocre, mediocre his entire career is utter BS. He has been of the best forwards in the world in the last decade. Unfortunately, we got him when he started declining, when he started to have injury crisis, and in the worst year of Inter as a club in the last decade.

What makes him better than mediocre? He succeed with Uruguay, was shit with Man Utd. He's a god damn Klose, who performs in the big competitions, but is in fact a rather average player. Difference is that Klose is now at Lazio where he belongs, and we signed Forland to replace one of the best strikers in the world. It's a fucking joke and everytime he touch the ball, he screws up. And I've counted that he has probably touched the ball about six times since arriving.

He wasn't shit at United. He didn't get enough chances. I mean, he did, but Fergie didn't trust him enough. He was too young there.

He was beast in both Villareal and Atletico, he was/is beast in Uruguay as well. Guy who used to score over 40 goals in a season just can't be mediocre...

In Spain, they can... give him a proper league, and the asshole failes. I think Curva Nord made it clear how much of a star he is.

What do you expect from a ST who played a RM today and was out half a season?

Only to consider that he overperforms in international competitions with his national team, that makes him a much more valuable palyer than a mediocre one. Not his fault that he has been choosed to fill the shoes of one of the best strikers in the world who has been scoring and assisting in a quite difficult situation.

Certainly he couldn't replace Eto'o, not him but I guess no one could repeat Eto'o amazing last season with us, but the fact that he has been a terrible disappointment for us, that's what I never thought tbh. I expected better performances and probably more goals from him.

By your logic, Messi is mediocre as well, yes?

Yeah, Pajo, I obviously was trying to compare Messi with Forlan.

Not that Messi has ever failed before in a big club and when he moved to a new big team, it was the same thing.

But yeah, Messi sucks.

He sucks with big clubs. Everyone knows he was trash with United and trash at Inter. He is a player for mediocre, middle of the road clubs. And before you say it the answer is no. Villarreal and Atletico are not big clubs. He is the Uruguayan Lukas Podolski: a good player that succeeds when being the big fish in a small pond.

I too am disappointed. I thought he`ll come in and save the day. but he came in and next thing is he`s left alone on the far far far right side to do what? to cross the ball. that aint a way to score goals you know. specially for a FW.

Ranieri shouldnt have brought Pazzini. he should have brough Forlan to play alongside Milito. then maybe things could have been different.
