In 2009/2010, the treble season, Milito had 22 Serie A goals. Today, with 6 games to go, he's at 20.

What was amazing about that season was that he scored 30 goals on 28 different occasion (I think)

The ONLY games I can recall him scoring more than 1 goal is Cagliari and Bayern

This season he's probably only scored in about 10-12 games or so

Shit, I never knew that before until just now when I looked it up.

But that's not like he scored unimportant goals this year when he had braces, hattrick and poker. He scored a brace at Palermo when it twice gave us the lead, against Parma (5-0) he scored the first and third (might unimportant) goal, against Genoa he scored the first 2 goals who gave us important lead and then when we were 10 men he scored the 5-3 which made sure we'll win (then we gave away another goal), and against Siena he won the game after they had the lead.

Serie A: Scored in 21 different matches (Cagliari 1-2 Inter was his only multiple goal match.)
Champions League: Scored in 5 different matches (Bayern Munich 0-2 Inter was his only multiple goal match.)
Coppa Italia: Scored in 2 different matches


So you are correct...30 goals spread out through 28 matches.

He only failed to score in 29 matches, 5 of which he didn't even play in and another 5 of which he played less than 45 minutes.
