That article states that Juve will have 80mil to spend on transfers, but if they plan on keeping Quagliarella, Aquilani, Matri, Pepe, etc. they'll have to spend 50mil of that just to keep them as they're all currently on loan.

Besides, why would Aguero want to go to Juve? They're not even an upgrade over Atletico.
