Erm...people are more inclined to leave/a bandon this place than join it...
Pajo,Dev,Native,Snake etc.
Some do to old age/Senile state, some were plastic fans, some have real lives
New fans, new generations are not there because Serie A sucks and we did too just ver recently...
That reminds me Where is bandiera or my arch rival?!
Maybe I scare them away huehue

There has to be a way to advertise this place to get more Inter fans

I've always thought that some official linking/association between the forum and inter.it must be made. Surely a 13 years old well-managed forum is enough credibility, isn't it?

It's a win-win deal for both sides. If the club is really trying to spread and market its name outside Italy and keep those fans constantly talking about this club then the only credible Inter English-speaking world-wide forum to exist over the past 13 years is a good step for them. All they need to do is officially link the forum on inter.it, and everyone's happy.

if inter put this name on this, so many things would have to be watered down. jokes, adult themes etc. The forum would change a lot. But if its cash monies? Advertising on the actual site though, any chances of that? This site seems to have a lot of members. Game days theres hundreds of people logged in, has to be some advertising demand potentially

Indeed, if this forum is official-official forget about half the discussions here - at least the most serious member awards are going to become hotly contested :yao:

What benefits would such a partnership get us or the club tho? I can't think of many.

For FIF, well maybe the club can dish out their pocket money and cover operating costs, as well as a newer version of vBulletin and a slight redesign so it matches better the club's current identity, but this would come at a hefty price - no more titties in the adult thread, NDU or bullshit threads, etc. Also, I guess we'll see lots and lots of new people that will make early-enjoy look like a football genius. Probably lots of other club supporters would join just to flame and mods will have to work 247 to weed them out.

For the club, meh, I don't think they need an affiliation with a forum at all. We've all found this forum without the clubs help so FIF serves its purpose just well. There should be also an all-Italian section of the forum if an official link is made.

And it's not like stuff happens here that would "create" any new fans and expand the brand. :D

I don't agree with this tbh. I want my club to be at all times, and presented in all manner as being professional. I think the mods do a good job of keeping this place looking and functioning well but a forum is inherently unprofessional. If I was Steven Zhang, I wouldn't want my club/product associated in anyway with a forum where cunts argue like peasants and call each other names while making shitty dick jokes on the side.

We need to find a way to get more and more fresh blood into this forum. Now that we've boosted the mod team we need more people to moderate. There has to be a way to advertise this place to get more Inter fans

Our main page has those links to sempreinter articles. Why don't you contact them and work something out.

Not to forget that if the forum was an official one, Inter would have to be held liable for comments here.

a forum should never be somehow officially linked to the club/tv series/whatever they talk about. no matter what, it would lose independence and some of its spirit. and i'm not even saying anything special, just stating the obvious.

one thing is for sure, the pool of potential users is at least 3 times the users this forum has at the moment. there's a lot of fans out there.

On another note: is there any other possibility to donate other than PayPal? Just want to know if I have to make one of those accounts or if I could be saved from that bother.

If my memory serves me, I got to know this forum through an associated link somewhere in 2004, and I think it was through inter.it from some page that used to show a collection of non-official Inter-related websites including this forum.

I don't see any other way possible to advertise the forum other associating it with other non-official Inter websites (which have lower population than here). Maybe the best way to attract more people is by raising the overall quality and making it more diverse and appealing, and of course encouraging its members not to get bored and stop posting.

Also maybe somehow a strong social media advertising would do well? (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) And what about those who can't speak English? I know many forums that offer a small sub-forum in Chinese for example. I don't know if that even has any benefit.

If I was Steven Zhang, I wouldn't want my club/product associated in anyway with a forum where cunts argue like peasants and call each other names while making shitty dick jokes on the side.

I was just thinking about this. How much traffic do we send their ways? I'd assume a lot of us use their website because the headlines are linked to our page. I'd think they'd be down to pay a few couple bucks a month to keep a steady stream of views coming to their site.

Is it an idea to advertise or work together with Inter fanclubs all over the world? I thought the last time i was active on this forum there was an Inter fanclub based in Holland. Maybe opening an fb or instagram account with news and links to this forum? I notice on Facebook you can reach alot of people in an short time, but then again do you want all those ''it is true because i saw it on facebook'' people on the forum and downgrade the level of posting.

Rumours are saying that this is a real scene from the last mod meeting:
