Ok yeah, agree.Nobody cares about fans opinions (even though Marotta reads everything). Ownership, management and coach will just do whatever they have decided to. Point was low salary won't save Klaassen (or any player for that matter) from criticism if he doesn't perform on the pitch.
Agoume better pack his bags also, he's not going to play AT ALL.
It’s a low risk transfer indeed. Imo there are two things I really dislike in this transfer.This. We're adding extra midfielder when we already have like 6-7 midfielders in the squad (if Agoume is counted). I don't get this rage atmosphere at all.
Yea, we are very fast at getting bums.whoa, already had his medical?

Couldn't give two fucks about Asllani tbh.
I thought our mercato was closed after Pavard so I was pleasantly surprised to see us linked with another midfielder and excited by the (short-lived) Youssouf Fofana links. He's exactly what we're missing in midfield IMO - long and rangy with decent passing and physicality.
Instead, we signed Klaassen who is slow, but I don't mind the player half as much as most people here it seems.
Personally I was hoping we'd use that last midfield spot on a physical player with pace and dynamism (even at the expense of skill) or an outright defensive player. That's the one thing I'm somewhat disappointed by (more confused than anything), that we used this last opportunity to bolster the midfield on yet another #8.
No they want him gone. He is one of their biggest earners sitting on the bench. They want to make room in their salary householding for his replacement. It will save Ajax more than 4 mln in salaries.
