This mercato has two parts. The future and primavera part which is 9/10 wiht the likes of coutinho,mariga,ranocchia,faraoni,benedetti and co.

The senior team is a disgrace. I give it a 2/10 and that's being nice. Only castelazzi signed he is for the fucking backup goalie...

I would have liked to see Muntari, Mancini and Rivas leave and Ilner or Bastian come but thats what it is.

False. Coutinho, Santon and Mariga may become great players but none of them are even close to great right now.

You cant have great players as subs now can you? Santon has already been here for about 2 years, we know what he could do, injuries just hamperred his progression a little bit. Coutinho is a player yes you are right, who MAY BE great but the club is betting on him. No one knew how great Kaka can be until he did his shit with Milan. Mariga i think is a very good player and a good sub, in the Bologna match he was all over the place, and Deki as a backup CM as well is great.

Our attack is short of options, there is a big drop in quality once the top 4 arent available.

I agree, I think a midfielder like Inler would have been great to have, another striker as well because when you are playing with our 3 upfront there is only Biabiany as a sub and he isnt anywhere as near as our starting 3.

It just doesn't make sense, are they blind or fuckin' high?

Nothing, no financial fair play rule, no money economy can excuse such a lack of profesionalism from Branca and Moratti.
When I think that we could've had the easiest market ever and make a complete team with just two quality signings, I feel even more disappointed.

Again, two of our three strikers are out of form, we have no viabile option on the bench as the two youngsters are too young and inefficient at this point, we made everything possible to weaken our squad without adding nothing for this season.

Everyone else is strenghtening, yet it seems only we care about those new rules.

Even if we have balanced first team, we lack subs... We lack flair in the attack, what if one of pandev/eto'o/milito gets injured? Not to mention that both Milito and pandev suck atm... We didnt need like 5 players, we needed 1-2, 1 forld class striker/winger, and maybe one CM/DM which was not that important..

I think this seasons attack is the weakest we have had in the last decade... Not weakest players in the first team, but overall the worst, considering form, talent, debth, all...

So then why are you saying no one would have made a difference? Look at how much Napoli paid for Cavani.. Milan for Robinho.. We could have gotten both of them and still made a profit off of selling Balotelli. We simply didn't want to.

I am just kind of sitting here in disbelief, that I am supposed to be happy that Maicon didn't leave, and not care that we have A REAL LACK OF DEPTH for LB, LM, and LW positions!

We couldn't hold on to Arnautovic, or $10m was still deemed to be too much for a promising young talent?

No one would have really made a big differance to our starting line up (which i posted), to which after that i agreed that having Inler and maybe an extra striker would have helped. Anyways right now Rafa has to use Suazo, Mancini and Muntari if he can becuase our front 4 will need alot of rest. I dont even care about the coppa this year, play every reserve player in that leageu.

I couldn't agree more. I woke up this morning 100% sure that there would be news of a big signing and there was nothing. I can't believe it. With all the money from CL and the sale of Balotelli we get nothing?

I think our season, at least till january, depends on one player. Coutinho.
Is he ready to make an impact.
If he can, and I believe he can with quality, its just, can he play week after week. That I dont know.
We had to bring one more player at least, but its over, cant change it now. And I am glad we didnt bring in someone just cause we need it. Only players who can really help us should come.

Mariga showed he can make it, and with no transfers he will get many chances, just like Coutinho, even Santon and Biabiany. So, lets hope they can make it, lets hope Branca and co. had right to trust them.
