Yeah, In England wages are reported as Gross. Checking the Everton team wages the highest paid player was/is Baines who is paid 70K pounds per week gross. I think the rough calculation comes around 2.2 Million Euro net.

Guarin is near middle market for solid players, especially for solid players on good teams. Just look at the salaries on all the players on ManU. Even players like ashley young are making over 3mil euros net, which is already more than Guarin.

If we want to sell Guarin but can't, it will have nothing to do with his salary that's for sure.

Which is one of the reason why we are not able to sell him. Also there are some rumors that his signing on fee is part of his wages.

Btw I don't think any top team are interested in Guarin apart from Juve whom Inter might not sell and for smaller teams wages are issue. Not sure what the ideal solution is for this sage as he isn't good enough for top teams and his wages are high for smaller teams.
