Have nothing against the man on a personal level but if somebody lacks quality to be in a certain team he simply lacks quality it doesn't change overnight.

We really had no need for a back up with Deki staying put and Cambi, Guarin, Obi and Zanetti all available for 2 spots. So I simply don't get it no matter how I try. If anything we had to improve the current selection but that seems impossible with the way we do things this days.

What a waste of money.

Anyway good luck to the guy at least he got the opportunity of his life time and maybe just maybe proves us wrong.

We're being really cheap ass here. Can't complain though, if Mudi is what Stramaccioni wants then so be it. We won't spend much money for that.

Maybe this is for Duncan, we keep him in the squad and try to develop him to be a useful player right from the start. Mudingayi will serve as the mentor and reliable backup to the first team. If Duncan breaks it, we don't need Mudi after this season.

Indeed, I agree with CafeCordoba... it was a smart move the whole loan deal thingie: if we don't wanna keep him next year we'll just send him back to Bologna.

Maybe this is a blessing in disguise, maybe this means we won't sign any more players the fans are disgusted with.

Oh dear, way to curse our mercato even further with that post. Now we'll be trading Pazzo for Krasic and buying Caracciolo as Milito's backup :palm:

Feel much better now that it might be a loan deal. Whatever happens I can't see him staying for more than one season.

I think this means we will hopefully get rid of stankovic and his massive wages, and a solid defensive midfielder for loan and paltry wages a s a back up is a good deal.

And before shitting on him, lets not forget that we conceded something like 55-60 goals last season which was like the 16th worse defense in serieA. And statistically he has been one of the best defensive midfielders in the world in the last 2 years, so I can see how this move makes sense

ZANETTI!
Lol @ people writing him off before hes even put on the kit. Super cheap and reliable back up destroyer with proven Serie A experience. We've got a decent mix of youth and experience right now, and i'm sure theres more to come.

God how everyone are hating the guy. Its a cheap deal and he will be a good backup for Cuchu . He might be 30 , but he is a a wall infront of the defense, Inter who is supposed to play for CL places and Scudetto should have a D that concedes next to Juve or Milan, around 30 mark, not 55.

Gaby with low wages will be 3x more valuable than Deki who takes home 3mil per year and is useless in 98% of his games.
