Man, everytime I check on the primavera team we're completely destroying.
But that's been the case for like 4 years now, and there hasn't been a single player who has come through those ranks for our first team

I keep seeing our ex-primavera players everywhere too, we just choose to sell them for peanuts instead of cultivating them ourselves

His cost is already 20 mil... apparently

Saw some of him in the U17 World Cup. Looks decent

Facundo Colido debuted for the Primavera in the 76min when the show was already decided with the 4-1 win.
Expectations for hom are high(7mil price tag) but Vecchi said he trained little with the squad so...easy adjustment is expected

matches like this only show our best kids are wasting their time. if they keep scoring braces, shouldn't it be a hint that they should move on? it's like being promoted acing all your classes and repeat them instead of moving to the next grade. complete waste of time, talent, resources.

Let's see when they play some good youth teams.

Actually in my opinion teams that have played in Domestic Champions league are in paper stronger than most of the teams playing in the Champions League path. But still there are of course teams such as Barca , 5-0-0 with 11-0 Goal Score in its group which might be very good.

On the other hand i don't get at all excited about our youth results.
Unfortunately more and more i am getting convinced that our Directors goal is not to have these kids get integrated in our 1st team (although they might hope this to happen) but the main goal is to get transfer deals from them.

It was clear in this mercato where we managed to fill FFP clauses by selling youngsters (di marco was the one hurting me the most) and as well by the players we got in Odgaard and Collido which were totally not needed in the future 1st team point of view but still make great deals because their future resell value is great.

Another confirmation on this is the fact that our primavera plays in a completely different way from our 1st team lacking any kind of tactical cohesion. A uniformed style of play is usually the 1st step a club with youth club to 1st team vision does .
Hopefully these things will change once we have a consolidated 1st team/coach and a scudetto comes.
