The amount of rain in this match was unbelievable . There was practically no football and of course a technical team such as ours suffered too much. The goal was just a mess in the area and that's all about this match .

Anyway from what i've seen since now , Tassi is far from being a starter , he isn't the 1st sub in midfield/attack either. Maybe it's his age , maybe he hasn't lived up to his prospected talent i don't know but until now Garritano , Belloni , Gabbianelli , Terrani , Colombi and even Bangoura play ahead of him .

As i've said earlier we don't have any striker except of Forte and i'm not so keen about him either. He seems just the next Dell Agnello.

Completely different the situation in midfield though. Benassi , Dell Piero and especially Acampora are very very good. And if Olsen is anything close to what we have read than we have the problem of too much talent in midfield (if that can be considered a problem looking at our 1st team mid :p )

As for the cb Pasa and Donkor have both impressed me and i have yet to see what Biancheti really can offer?

For the first year though we have no talent in the full backs departament (except of Mbaye who can be considered 1st team) and in gk. I don't like any of the Dalle Vedove , Cincilia , Bandini , Eguelfi etc.

We signed a polish keeper named Dawid Smug days ago. He's suppose to be a great talent, but time will tell I guess..

I haven't seen much of Bandini play, but he was promoted to the whole mentoring in the Primavera thing last year - which is the same system that Bessa, Duncan, among others came through.

Garritano I think is a phenomenal youth prospect - by the end of the season people will know his name well. He's a bit small and needs to bulk up, but he's got the skills.

I don't know what the issue is with Tassi at the minute. I'm sure it'll be fine, though.

Forte looked reasonably good to me when he rarely played last year - again in the mentoring system - I expect he'll do reasonably well this year, but we'll have to see how it actually pans out.

The midfield is awesome, I agree. Playing Benassi Del Piero and Acampora is fantastic. I think all 3 are (at least, I assume about Acampora. Havent seen him yet) great young players, very technical. This could mean we want to change the shape of our midfield quite a lot in the next few years.

Bianchetti is an odd one. I don't think he's that great. Surprised we didn't loan him out, he desperately needs to hit his top form and impress upon some people.

Pasa is meant to be very good technically, a ball playing defender.

Don't work about in goal. Ivisuc is supposed to be very good, if we're playing Dalle Vedove over him there'll be good reason

Luca Garritano, quite some talent. No non sense player. Everything he does, he does for a reason. Can't wait to see where he'll end up.

Another problem with our primavera players fiting into first team is totaly diferent formation of primera and first team last season. Every serious young team playing in formation of their senior team and that's one of the reasons of their succes.

Primavera coach must folow Strama's instructions if this is long term project, he needs to make players ready for Strama, not for loan.

and we're losing after 4 minutes

---------- Post added at 18:59 ---------- Previous post was at 18:37 ----------

we're playing much better now but we're still losing.

Livaja up front is not great for us, he should be playing on the wing instead of Garritano. He's naturally drifting all over the spot, it really shows hes a winger.

Benassi nearly scored a GREAT goal. just didnt get the shot off.

I do really like this midfield of Benassi, Duncan, with Acampora where Bessa played last year.

---------- Post added at 19:02 ---------- Previous post was at 18:59 ----------

i have to say, our midfield are really good with the ball at their feet. the passing is silky, how they perform under pressure is really good...

livaja needs to stop drifting though, he's our striker ffs.

pasa looks good too (called that one right, along with benassi ;))) )

acampora has done reasonably well so far, waiting to see more of him

I can sort of see why. He swung the arm out - it's a little harsh but easily within the rules.

I called this months ago. MBaye has problems. 3 finals in a row, he's either been sent off or nearly got sent off.
Isnt this almost exactly the same time he got sent off in the NextGen final?
