Bayern don't think 72 years old is too old like the discussion we had at FIF ;)

Reheating the soup, it’s never the same the 2nd time around. Bayern did play their best football under him but Robben, Ribery and Lahm were also in their prime, they had Kroos, Schweinstager, and Javi Martinez was a midfielder then.

This is a different Bayern team he doesn’t know and he’s coming in mid season. If he relies on his old guard he will regret it IMO. Either way I don’t think we’ll see a Bayern anywhere near his previous version

my guess is that the management basically let robben and ribery choose the coach. and they wanted the old coach of the "treble" back

More like 4th time ;)

I don't think they can appoint any long term coaches midseason. Apparently Tuchel wants specific players to be sold (muller) and specific players to be signed. He is also philosophy coach so hard to implement his style midseason.

Don't think Hoffenheim will release their manager mid season.

IMO, Heckynes has more abundance in attack than his previous version. He has Lewandowski, Coman, James Rodriguez instead of Mario Gomez and Pizarro but the midfield is much. Having Rudy, Vidal isn't the same as prime Schweinsteiger and Kroos patrolling the Bayern midfield.

They're already way behind Dortmund in the league so Bayern should shift their focus on the CL. If Heckynes can get Bayern anywhere near the level where they destroyed Barca's tiki taka, he has done a good job.

And Robben and Ribery? In their prime those two were insane.

Heckynes didn't just destroy Barca's tiki taka. He destroyed everyone.

Bayern players and management should stop bitching about Ancelotti. They sacked the guy and should move on. Ever since they sacked him, they kept on leaking stuff to media how Ancelotti's training was crap and all that.

Muller can't even shut his trap when away on International duty.

You don't like the coach, you sack and move on. All this was unnecessary from Bayern and players.

Yeah I don’t understand this campaign to disparage Ancelotti. So things didn’t work out, as far as I know Ancelotti has always been considered a nice man, he’s also one of the best coaches of his generation. Sad to see him treated like this. But hey if it can happen to Mourinho and Ancelotti it can happen to anyone.

I don't know what Ancelotti did to piss off Bayern. I didn't hear a bad word from Milan, Chelsea, or Real Madrid players so it can't be just poor man-management. I'm guessing this runs more deeper.

Would like to see Kent score against Bayern, but that's just me.

I heard the players didn't like his training sessions. They complained they didn't improve with him at the helm. Ancelotti never likes intense training and he isn't a particularly genius tactician either. When they are used to train under Pep, who is a tactical freak and perfectionist, it's understandable. Lazy players may love it, but not these Bayern stars, apparently.

Dortmund fuck up again. Glad that RB Leipzig got back into #2.

What a match, felt sorry for the young American McKinnie. Unlucky early yellow and got hooked in the 32nd minute.
