Usually happens after winning CL (or a couple of years after)and you have to swap out half of the team. Maybe some day you'll witness this.

Bayern have a few players in horrible form (Muller) and a few players that keep getting injured. And they were really bad at the start of the season, now they are playing better, but they don't look like CL contenders.

Too many defensive errors.

It's really sad with Müller. A hardworking and funny character that often looks a bit clumsy with the ball but yet very effective. I do really like him.

I think Bayern experiences something similar as we did after the treble. To many players have been there for way too long time and have lost some of their motivation to achieve the best possible results. Winning the league comfortably for many seasons in a row can be a problem at the end.

I am amazed Kovac has lasted that long at Bayern. He's lucky Dortmund failed to win at Frankfurt else the title race would be practically over. They're now 7 points behind Dortmund and they have dropped to third place after Gladback win at Gelsenkirchen. It doesn't look good for them.

Thrilling 3-3 cup tie between Dortmund and Werder Bremen, involving four extra time goals, goes Bremen's way on penalties. Kinda hoping, selfishly of course, that's the kind of kick in the gut that might knock Dortmund's league form down a bit. Gladbach themselves have four pretty tough games in a row coming up, so any help they can get from Dortmund's opponents would be appreciated.

Bayern play Hertha in Berlin tomorrow, so there's a non-zero chance both Dortmund and Bayern may be bounced from the cup before they even reach the quarterfinals. Would be something. Not sure who would be the favorite in that case; the current top-3 and defending champion would all be out of the competition if that happens. Ah well, worry about that if it happens I guess.

Crazy match in Dortmund. BVB were leading 3-0 against Hoffenheim until 75th minute but they managed to get equalised. Two goals from our former player Belfodil. Gladbach also lost at home against Hertha so this is a huge chance for Bayern. They're playing later today at home against Schalke.
