As for Germany it is the most athletic and strong team. Much run of the midfield (as always), tenacity and determination in the game (as always) but guys ... a dribble, a pretense, something is missin..

pass-pass-pass, tiki taka and 0-striker-system are missing? :D

In the end it will come down to the clutch genes in the (semi) final. Can the team get over the hump before the finish line...

No spainard should ever disrespect another country for what they did to a large group of people. Go wiki what you guys did in South America and the Crusades :)

Those who live in glass houses shouldn't be throwing stones.

As for Germany even tho they run like robots are the team to beat.

Congratulations Germany! :)

Their success is about time, they've failed in the most recent tournaments in the crucial stages but this time they didn't let themselves down although it was a great game in overall by both teams, especially kudos to Argentina for playing a superb game (playing well in defence and also very dangerous in counter attacks).

Neuer is a beast. The guy is unbelievable, don't think there is anyone who has higher confidence than him. Germany deserved the trophy, without a shadow of doubt. Congratz! :star:

It's nice to read this here, where people said that Neuer isn't even that good just because they lost against Real.

Congratulations! I didn't think Neuer would be the best GK... and even back for this whole World Cup. Amazing.

Germany > Italy :epicwin:

You give yourself the advantage because you have lost more than us in the finals? :p

I'll give you it because of the Euro titles.

Sorry for gloating, but we just won the World Cup in South America, and that without Reus or Guendogan (who would've both been starters). Missing them made us more static.

With them back and with the mid 90s years born talents about to come through (Ridiculously stacked. Can't wait for Timo Werner to become a world star), we'll be an absolute juggernaut for many, many years to come.

DFB approved Leistungszentrum at work. :epicwin:

It just shows consistency over the years. The one thing that might help you make your case is that Germany always loses against Italy. Every nation has their bogey team though, and I'm glad it's Italy and not some less successful team. Though it's not our fault that Italy flops in the group stages when we have our strongest years. :troll:

Lahm has retired from International football. Probably the only player that played LB, RB and DM that I rate higher than Zanetti.
