Anyone else get the feeling that his pride won't allow him to play a 4 man backlineokerface:
If that is true, it is not surprise that the top coaches are avoiding Inter, or are leaving the club prematurely.
Sky: After a three-hour meeting with Branca, Gasperini doesn't seem to be open to tactical changes. He and his staff also spent several hours reviewing the game to understand mistakes.
Repubblica: Gasperini has a month to get his ideas working.
You guys are really over reacting about the formation, it didn't work but it wasn't a disaster either, the disaster came from the high d-line and the midfield's inability to retain possession under pressure
I am willing to give gasp a few more matches to tweak it before calling for a change in formation, we saw what the team can do when the formation is working, the only issue now for the coach is to either figure out how to make it work for 85% of the game instead of 15%, and I think it's only a matter of who starts in midfield and a lower d-line

Sign a coach that uses a 343 formation and then make him abandon it a month later...
Branca logic. okerface:
We are over-reacting? Which one of us had a meeting with Gasp for 3 hours?
Gasperini is still inter's coach so I wouldn't say the management's reaction is as extreme as some of the people on this forum
