The first two subs made by Assperini were good, but he only needed these because his initial team did not make any sense.

We had no speed apart from Nagatomo and Sneijder was on the back? That's not advanced tactics, that's soccer basics
Where the fuck were you planning on getting any speed from?! Have you seen our fucking team?! We're old and slow as fuck! And once again, blame Moratti for that, Not Gasp!

---------- Post added at 17:11 ---------- Previous post was at 17:09 ----------

I'm listening to Altobelli analyzing the match and he is putting some of the blame on the management for not reinforcing the team. He even called Forlan a complete average player lol
That is a fucking true analysis! Except, I've been saying that for over a year now!

Assperini didn't wanna lose so he played it safe with Cuntari. :yao:
He thought if he subs Pazzo in and we would concede he would get fired... so he strengthened the midfield :yao:

Gasperini needs to leave real quick. The man has serious issues: 1) why in the world would he play Sneijder BEHIND Cambiasso in the first place? Inter has been lacking a world class creative midfielder for years, and now that we have him we give him a DM role??? 2) Pazzini on the bench????? 3) Muntari for Forlan about 15 minutes away from the final whistle when you desperately need a goal???????!!!! 4) Crazy formations!! Seriously, Gasperini needs to step down! I didn't really like him from the beginning. We were much better off with Benitez & Leo.

I'm gonna get hammered before the next Inter game so I wouldn't be able to rant about it for next few days.

How about starting with Alvarez in the middle, Zarate instead of Forlan or Milito and Jonathan instead of Obi? Of course I know it is not the ideal situation, but the game would have a very different pace than what we've seen.

And Sneijder in the back is just :palm:

lol gasperini makes the fat waiter look good. he wasnt so bad benitez at least we played nice attacking football and he gave the youngsters a chance. Benitez also didnt had any of the reinforcements leo had and was much more experienced on most levels. maybe we should have kept him... :eek:blivious:

Alavarez is slow as fuck... Forlan has actually scored this season, as has Milito, unlike Zarate.... Obi is faster than Jonathan.. You ask for pace, yet you recommend slower players... Do you even know what the fuck you're talking about?

the link is saying that he was asking Zarate many times to position in a certain place and Zarate disobeyed and wasn't listening to him, so he asked Baresi for help.

Gasp: 'I saw Inter improvement'
Gian Piero Gasperini insists he “definitely saw an improvement” in Inter and explained his substitutions.

“I definitely saw an improvement, especially with the chances we created. Roma are very difficult to face, but we allowed them few scoring opportunities thanks to a performance of concentration and grit,” he said of the 0-0 draw.

“It’s a shame we were unable to make the most of the chances and the spaces they left, above all towards the end.

“Yuto Nagatomo had some important moves and there were some big spaces to run into. We perhaps should’ve had a better final ball in and that would’ve given us a goal.”

The Nerazzurri switched to a 3-5-2 system, but the San Siro crowd jeered when Sulley Muntari replaced Diego Forlan.

“Our strikers had to come back on Daniele De Rossi to pressure him. I made that change because at that moment we needed a midfielder.

“Wes Sneijder had done very well, but was certainly tired and struggled to maintain his position, as did Forlan, so I needed someone to help break up Roma’s possession.

“It’s no coincidence that after that substitution we created our best scoring opportunities.”

Inter were beaten 4-3 at Palermo last week, but now failed to hit the back of the net against both Trabzonspor and Roma.

“The goals aren’t coming, we just have to accept it’s one of those moments and later on we’ll end up scoring much easier chances than we’ve had so far.

“We only played a couple of days ago and at the moment are using the same players a lot. With time our fitness will improve and so will the performances.” haha I am going to kill someone

Alvarez is still faster than Cambiasso in his position. And have you watched today's match to argue about Milito over Zarate? Zarate did more in 20 min than Milito did the whole game.

I know both Milito and Forlan can score, but you don't need both if the ball doesn't reach them. Zero goals this match shows us this;

Well might be true. Zarate is a horrible player tactically speaking, he has absolutely no idea of what is going around him on the pitch and when he gets ideas into his minds, he does not let go. I thought he was going to be better than that, but in his first games he has been far from last years Zarate and even more further away from the original Zarate who game to Italy. He is the one that was in 2009/2010 again. Every shot of his either has to go into top corner or wide/over.

improvement my ass.

wow, we totally sucked that it's beyond belief.

fuck. i take back my words. gasperini is no quality coach. gtfo.

i don't mind if we bring back cuper. at least, his inter side always looked solid despite of playing boring football. heck, this gasperini's inter is even more boring.

this sucks.

Milito was awful, but so was Zarate. Neither did much useful. Only decent thing Zarate did was cut in one time and almost found the corner. Pazzini should've replaced Milito.

true players need coach to give them instructions where to play on the field. but i think gasp is trying but nobody is listening because our players are bunch of pu**ies who think just because they won trele few years back everybody would blame coach just like we all did with benitez. our players are primadonas and s american team and i think only player that they like that is not s american is snijder. just look when zarate came in not even one ball went to nagatomo who was ou best player on the field and on top of that they moved him to other side. forlan i hate now when naga was alone and he didn't want to pass him but he passed to cambiaso for 1-2 over the top and lost the ball and applauded and looked at nagatomo almost like saying i am not passing you. i hate these players s amerian that is with few exeptions
