For some reason i can't see the goals. It used to work for me last season but now all i get is a blank white window and a broken heart :cry2: . :depress: I tried the save Target thing but it doesn't work.

The media are so wack. They over exaggerated what Mancini said. He didn't say much 3 times and I don't think he was criticizing Recoba of not doing enough but saying that with his potential he can still do more. Anywayz here is what he really said.

Mancini also praised Alvaro Recoba, adding: "He did well, but he can do a lot, lot more. His position can create problems for opponents, like when he plays just behind the strikers. And he also knows how to shoot quite well... But, like the others, he needs to improve his physical condition."

Inter qualify for CL...

Hello fellow Interistas,

As I write this, I can sleep better knowing that one phase of Mancini's project has been achieved. The other two phases will lie in the hands of the Scudetto and Serie A Campionato.

We had to get in there for CL and we did.

Now - that was the easy part. Here comes the stress of playing three games in the span of 7 days and so on and so forth.

We, as Interistas should not celebrate so much.

Let us not forget that the only reason we had to play to qualify is because we has a miserable last season. Now, I do not want to hold back all the praises...We an Interistas are also susceptible to Inter falling short on several targets very often.

Today, we did not falter. We did our job and now we can look to the future with renewed optimism. We have several objectives to reach and I for one look forward to the prizes that have eluded us for so long.

I think of players like Javier Zanetti, Matrix, Cordoba, Emre, and Vieri thaty have been with the team for so long and have given so much.I cannot help but think with players like Stankovic, Davids, Veron and Adriano that we can truly reach some great levels.

With Mancio leading the way, I truly think we can be taken seriously again.

The first step is finished now. In regards of the CL, we now have a delicate matter. Why? Because we have been seeded in the first group. That should give us some advantages for the CL, unless we get one freaked up draw.

Negative stuff? It doesn´t have anything to do with this result or the CL. But Adriano is going on vacation (which he deserves) and that means that Vieri-Adriano won´t be able to train together before Serie A starts. Not in a single match they have played together during the pre-season so God knows how we will manage in Serie A when they start together.

Nice to be with you again... I'm here again and last night (for me) I was in San Siro. Great! For once in my life I had no pain in ultimate 5 minuts... and no watches to see or saints to pray... the way is right, Mancio. And INCREDIBLE to say all the players know their work. Just Recoba is still a mystery, sometimes he is in the match and few seconds later he is away, but we are going in the right direction.

Tottally surprised. That's my reaction when I first saw the results of the match. Not that I was not confident of an Inter victory, but I never expected the victory to be this convincing. 4-1. That's one hell of a scoreline, even for an opponent like Basel.

Forza Inter!! May we continue to do this well in both the Champions League and in our contention for the Serie A!!

It doesn't matter. I don't see how that will screw our season Zaidriano. I remain doubtufl over whether Vieri can play at the highest level for us anyway.

Before this match I was worried about our defence and I still am to be honest, but the rest of the performance was very strong. We have so many great players now. Mancini is going to make this the strongest Inter side for ages.

have you seen Stankovic against Basel? he began on the left, then went in the middle and sometimes changed with Ze Maria on the right... as I wrote last month and someone replied that it wasn't possibile. He is a universal player. When he was in Lazio team played in the same way with Conceicao and so on. He is a real champ! We have the most powerful and technical player of all...

but who knows, the other were also great, but only it looked not that great ....
