Greatest post in the history of this forum. I'm in tears! BTW, this was the first time I have seen Moratti's reaction after we overcame Barca. That was pure joy right there! FORZA INTER!!

Matthäus,Messi,
Well the final verdict of the CAS in Lausanne will be announced on the 18th,so i wonder how the appeal could be allowed by now.

This is from football-italia website:

Jose Mourinho has blasted Bayern Munich for their Franck Ribery appeal. “We accepted the rules of the sport and don’t understand their behaviour.”
Ribery was handed a three-match ban after his red card in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final with Lyon.

His appeal was rejected, but the Germans are now taking the matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in a bid to have him play the Final on May 22.

“This is a strange situation and everyone knows why Ribery was sent off,” Mourinho was quoted as saying in the Corriere dello Sport.

“Why would they go to complain? After all, we had Thiago Motta sent off against Barcelona...”

Ribery was shown a straight red card for a dangerous tackle on Lisandro Lopez, while Motta was sent off for an elbow on Sergio Busquets with video evidence showing the Barcelona player made the most of the incident.

“I’m not saying it was a mistake from the referee, because it can often happen that officials are conned by players, such as he was in this case by Busquets.

“The fact remains that card will rule Motta out of the Final, even if he did nothing to warrant the dismissal.

“We did not present an appeal by simply accepting the rules of the sport and I don’t understand Bayern’s behaviour.”

The Final is at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid and there are fears the Icelandic volcano ash cloud could affect transport.

Inter are reportedly setting up a Plan B to travel by coach, a similar journey to the one Barcelona were forced into for the first leg of the semi-final at San Siro.

I found this little fact while reading about triplettas, it seems as if the first two trebles in football occurred at our expense, if Bayern win the Cup tomorrow night they could be third team to get the treble by beating us in the European Cup, the first two were Celtic in 1967 and Ajax in 1972.

Milito, Pandev,
When you want something to happen or something, the universe conspires to give you what you want. I have no doubt that Inter will win UCL. Anyway Inter deserves it, but we need to stay humble too.

I love this one! It`s a true! :)

That's the secret. I'm always optimistic cautiously as well. I don't wanna held my hopes high, just to avoid disappointment, but i'm always around 80% positive that something is going to happen. ;)

Dammit, after this sunday, i think i'm gonna start countdown the seconds til the final.

Who would have ever imagined at the beginning of this season, that on this day, the only thing separating us from the treble (!!!!) are 180 minutes of football.. If someone told me that in the summer of 2009, I would've laughed real hard at him/her :p And look at us now..

Oh and that youtube clip Syn posted almost made me cry, beautiful :proud:
