Walter Samuel,
you know what pisses me off? when all the journalist highlight that bayern have an average of 58% of ball possession and we have and average of 45% in champions league, ....

does playing barcelona 4 times not make a difference to such a statistic??????

Yes Bayern had weaker opponents than us, and their opponents in each round went down to 10 men. Gobbi, Rafael, Toulalan and Cris were all sent off against Bayern.

Javier Zanetti,
I agree. Bayern were very lucky to be in this final. They have had an extra player in almost every knockout round. Howard Webb have never shown the red card this season until now, and I hope he never will.

I watch almost all of our games alone when I can, because only than can I express myself without beeing concerned of disturbing the others.(swearing, cursing, yelling etc.)
So I will be watching tommorow's game without my family, friends or my girlfriend.
They all know how much I love Inter, so they won't mind.

As for the game tommorow, I don't care about tactics or formations.
I'll leave that up to Jose, i won't even bother.

As pathetic as it may sound, tommorow all of us, from the smallest fan to the captain of the team must act like one.
The teams needs to feel our support coming from all around the world, even though some of us are thousands of miles away from Madrid.

It's a historic event for us, we waited for 45 years for this!!!
I think we waited long enough !
I follow Inter for almost ten years, and now, our greatest goal is one step away from becoming true.

I remember Wesley's goal with Kiev in the group stages.
Just one fraction of second before their goalkeeper, he nodded the ball into he net.
If not, we would have been out of the CL.

That was the moment for me, when we began to make our own destiny.
Same with Chelsea.
Same with Barca, the best team in the world by far.

And we, the team that not long ago were the joke of entire Europe, proved to be better than them over two legs.

So against Bayern it's time to crown our dream with the CL title and enter the history books.
For the duration of the entire game tommorow I will leave everything else aside and I will only focus on one thing: to support our team.

Even though they can't hear me, I'm sure that somehow the support and love of all of us Inter fans from all around the world will be felt by our players on the field. And it will matter !

Tommorow we become the Champions of Europe.
Forza INTER !!!

Exactly the same way I feel about this crazy team. I began to support Inter about ten years ago and the amazing point is that Inter's history of failure and revival resembles my own life story!
If Inter wins tomorrow, I know that I won't be able to celebrate. I will break into tears. tears that would indicate the calmness and satisfaction of finally arriving at your destination having endured lots of obstacles and defeats but not having given up.

Win it for

Guys, since our journey has come this far, it's about time to open a thread with this topic (like red sox?).

Please, win it for Capitano Zanetti;
Win it for Moratti since he really deserves one after so many years' suffering;
Win it for Facchetti;
Win it for Prisco;

...

Win it for hope,
Win it for faith,
Win it because anything is possible,
Win it, for YOU.

Man this is annoying, I'm CERTAIN the match is at 4:45 kickoff in my local time, (which would mean the match is 20 hours and 20 minutes away), but fucken inter.it has this countdown which says 12 hours and 20 minutes.

I'm 99% sure I'm not wrong about the time, but it's fuckin final day and I'm stupidly irrational and nervous.

Mine says a day and 2 hours. Time zones must be messing it up.

Yep, its according to your timezone....

For some reason I'm not at all nervous but simply anxious. I can't wait for the game to start and even though I won't be able to watch it, I hope to come here 4 hours or so after the final whistle and see my newly formed tag as well as us celebrating!
