Some say it was because he was weak defensively but all that needed to be done was bring in Cuchu and put him next to him that way you don't lose the passing from Benassi and get the better defense from Cambiasso but no thats too big a plan.

There was no reason to sub Benassi. Livaja should have come on for Rocchi or Cassano ( especially now since Cassano is finished in this match as a factor ). Mudingayi compounded the madness.

Disagree... Beassi would have been subbed anyway, only if not on 45th, in 55-60th minutes, so same shit. Mudingayi was brought because Jonathan was utter SHIT! One of Rocchi and Cassano could've been subbed put, he chose Rocchi which was right thing to do - when we had 2-0 lead.
