Our recent performances are up there with those from last season.

this is such an oversimplification.

There ARE issues with the quality of the squad (etc) for example, but there are also issues with the management.

It's not as simple as 'its a bad egg', or 'its a bad chef', but rather, you have to accept the fact you work in a cheap skanky dinner, you're a teenager in your first job and you've never cooked before, and your 'eggs' are actually horse turds.

Our squad cannot be titled as "rotten egg" when we're playing against chievos, genoas and catanias. For christ sake, we have much better players than those teams have, but still we're just unable to create good scoring chances on a constant basis. Our game style, game plan, game spirit, everything is that rotten egg. The material is not our problem in those matches.
