Why? I just don't understand why Nagatomo keeps making it into the lineup, or why we can't just play D'Ambrosio and Telles at the same time. Palacio is one thing, I would have preferred Perisic or Ljajic but at least he was good in his last start.

The midfield is decent enough, would have preferred Melo but at least we have 2 CMs instead of 2 DMs.

That's bullshit, if we start Ljajic ahead of Palacio for example, we'll still have Perisic and Jovetic on the bench. In the last few games it proved that we need to field our very best formation and finish everything off as early as possible.

Nagatomo has been better than DD at RB, deal with it. Not liking Medel instead Melo. Melo has been playing well, Medel hasn't. Glad Palacio starts ahead of Ljalic/Perisic, at least Palacio will give everything, whereas Ljajic was shite & played like a little pussy against Milan.
