Anyone feel like the panic in ghe backline is largely created by Handa. He does not stay calm at all

I think any and all of our backline are perfectly capable of creating panic in our team at any and all moments of the game.

ummm... because he was pure garbage and totally on our side ...if you cant see it youre being biased .. that red was too harsh first of all , then same incident happened with Miranda but only got a yellow .. FFS ranocchia deserved 3 reds and he didnt even get 1 yellow lol... a lot of missed fks and arguably a penalty for them ..

that said .. the win is the most important

Ilicic was no where near having a chance on net. Icardi was going to beat his man to the ball. Big difference there.

When you are up 3-1 up a man, you either hold the ball for the remaining minutes or your keep scoring.
Mind you our finishing sucked balls.

Despite our shit finishing we had three to four chances to one by them on The counter. In fact both goals from them on the counter. How is that sitting back??????
Ypu should hold the ball and have them chase the game, kill them physically and psychologically and take advantage of the gaps. It doesn't mean sitting back when they are chasing the ball.

Left work with us up 3-0. Arrived home 3-2 and we were under pressure. We missed ridiculous goal and then proceeded to go batshit crazy until Perisic-Icardi saved us.

i dont give a fuck about the ref tonight. things like that happen in italian league. we create many chances in the 2nd half and manage to defend our lead. people need to stop complaining. we score 4 goals and Ranocchia has good game. both are positives things.

Yeah it's not like these kind of wins in November has never come back to hurt us later in the season in the past or anything. It's good to win, but to win like this isn't.

So, I could not watch the game. I see people bitching and moaning. How did we play? Serious question.

The first 30 minutes INTER raped the viola, their fans, and their mothers as we led 3-0. Then fiorentina scored later around the 36th, the problem was then that we could not capitalize and mak the game 6-1 or 7-1. The second half we came out slightly lethargic and fiorentina scored around the hour mark. Icardi's positioning allowed him to tap in the 4th goal towards the end to wrap up the 3 points.

As for how we played, I mean we won 4-2 but the defense still allows to much space and freedom for the other team to build up play and have shots on goal. The second half fiorentina could have easily scored 3-3, but then again perisic and mario missed huge chances, as well as icardi. I just think that if we were up 3-1 with a man advantage we could have played a little more cautious and moved the ball around in nice build up play and just keep up the pressure in their half. It was an "entertaining" match with both teams running back and forth at each others goal's.

The red was fair. Rodrigez was the last man and Icardi would have been alone against their golie. Miranda was completely different situation - he had a possession and was close to the line. There is no goal threat, nothing. And Ilicic was simulating. He was up in no time when he saw Miranda got booked. Ranocchia should have gotten a yellow even though Kalinic fell down too easily every time.

Calm down. It was only this game that the referee made mistakes in our favor. No one likes winning with that little extra help (except juventus of course) but if one single time the referee helps us rather than the other way round as it usually happens, well, i'll take it this single time.

no amount of "referee assistance" will ever EVER wash away the penalty not given to Ronaldo...

Perhaps the mitigating factor for Rodriguez was Icardi's touch had ensured Tatarasanu would get to the ball before Icardi and so Icardi had beaten his man but lost the ball and therefore there would be no goal-scoring opportunity to begin with.That is how i saw it anyway and i could be wrong here.

That Joao Mario miss explains why im saying that we are missing clear chances. The chances we created with De Boer wasnt that dangerous. Of course Fiorentina had no defence in this situation, but also think about the misses from Icardi against Milan. This are clearly chances, if you miss them you can forget the 3 points.

Anyway, improvements are there. It seems that there is finaly a group, thats the important thing where Inter needs to start. And who knows, maybe the transfer marked will help us to fix our defend a litle bit.
