we should field young players incrementally to avoid loosing them, let start with the first team young players and new arrivals first.

Players like Faroni, Obi, Castaignos, Juan, Ranocchia, Palombo, Poli, Guarin and Alvarez should take part in this team and have the chance to play more with our key players like Zaniti, Sneijder, Samuel, Lucio, Maicon, Cambiasso, Milito, Pazzini and Forlan.
