why do people have adriano in the lineup??

he deserves to be in the stands right?

we have enough injuries in the midfield and will need to include more players to cover that area..

suazo is getting soooo good....he should start with cruz/crespo with one of them coming on in the second half....
suazo just needs a little more rehab

forget adriano, he is history/should be sold in january

Imo, we should play '4-3-3', and if we manage to play well then we could use it against Rubentus if needed.

--------------Orlandoni :p ----------

--Maicon---Cordoba--Chivu---Max---

--------Figo----Chuchu--JZ--------

--------Suazo--------Adri----------
---------------Crespo---------------

Samuel, Ibra on the bench as they both are on caution whereas Matrix could come in for Chivu/Max just to have some minutes in his legs.......

OMG ! I just forgot Cesar :D again

Juve will pay for ibra to get a yellow at all costs this game, even for doing something like standing on the field. like roma inter supercoppa.

Adri-Crespo should start; if that's not enough, our superweapon Zlatan is still available from the bench

What's the point of saving for Juventus when there's no gurantee a win against Genoa? They definitely seemed to be a tough team to beat. May be we can save Samuel, but definitely not Ibra, as we lack creativity already. Without Ibra, I can't imagine what our game would be like quite frankly.

Ok i think we should rest Ibra and Samuel for sure..You cant risk these two right now not in the shape we are in.

This is the time that u have to depend on the others...I dont think a Crespo-SUazo would be soo bad against Genoa. If things dont happen then seek alternative methods.

We also have Burdisso back and CHivu can play anywhere.I would also rest Cambiasso and have JZ with Dacourt take the midfield and maybe if things go well put Pele and rest Dacourt as well. We just need a good start in this one.

This is why we pay big money for depth, this is when they should come up big

Tuff time at Inter...big matches and no key midfielders in Deki and Vieira...

Ibra Crespo up front.

Dacourt and Cambiasso in c.mid, with cambiasso pushing forward more.

Figo on right, and zanetti on left but coming deep for ball and making his runs.

MAxwell Samuel Cordoba MAicon.... might still be good

Glad to see JC called up. He doesnt have to be fit for Genoa but that means he have a chance of being fit against Jube

------------------Orlandoni-------------------
Maicon------Burdisso------C-hivu------Maxwell
Zanetti-----Dacourt------Cambiasso-----Cesar
---------------Cruz----Adriano---------------

That would be mine line-up. Julio Cesar will not play, he still suffers a bit and didnt had a full training for so far. He is more needed against Juve while Orlandoni is a great keeper too and he will a good replacer.
We dont really have a big squad to let important players rest, but Ibrahimovic and Samuel are really needed. When they will play im sure they get booked so they miss the clash with Juventus, i still dont trust the referee's hehe.....
So i choose for Maicon, Burdisso, Chivu and Maxwell. Maybe Cordoba can play too, but i prefer to give Burdisso a chance, he is very good and i always trusted in him, we should give him a chance again.
We can beter play Chivu at Matrix his place then Cordoba so i choose him, then Maxwell can be leftback.
On the mitfield Figo could get some rest too. Pele and Solari could have the biggest chance to be subtituted so these 4 are left. Its a good central mitfield with 2 good sideplayers who can make good actions.
Then in atack, Ibra should really not play. Suazo played against Palermo so he will probably get rest now, same for Crespo i think he also get rest. Adriano should really play, it were difficult times again when Mancini didnt call him up, the press likes to make it even more bad and these things still hurt Adri, he deserves to play, he should be full of power to play a brilliant game, it will become time when he show what he is worth to Inter.
Cruz is someone who can always play, he can form a nice duo with Adri, Cruz is very good, but i have the idea he is even getting better. He can keep the ball good with him, he can make good actions and he can always score. I really like him. This is my story, i hope Mancini thinks this way too.

Vieira hasn't been "key" since he left Arsenal. Not a huge loss as we've probably much adapted without him.

Anyway, definitely rest Sammy and maybe Ibra too. Genoa are a surprise this term but I think we could get by without them at the Meazza though it sucks to have no Curva Nord singing the team on.

Looks like Mancini could be risking Sammy and Ibra from his interview ahead of clash against Genoa.

Maicon-----Burdisso-------Chivu------Maxwell
Zanetti----Dacourt------Cambiasso-----Cesar

goal Julio Cesar isnt 100% so he wont play, he didnt had a full training so far, only a light session, he will be needed against Juve. Orlandoni is a great goalkeeper who can perfectly replace Julio Cesar, even tho he almost never playes. Respect for Orlandoni.

defence We dont have many choices so Maicon on the right, then i would to see Burdisso with Chivu. Burdisso is a great player where i believe in, he is fit and he should play this game. He must get more minutes, he deserves it, he needs it to grow. I prefer Chivu above Cordoba and Samuel because Samuel must rest for Juve and Cordoba isnt better at Matrix his place then Chivu at the moment. With Chivu here Maxwell is leftback.

mitfield 2 logical subs are Solari and Pele, i would rest Figo too, he played enough and needs some rest for Juve. So these 4 will be over, they form a strong centre on mitfield with 2 strong wingers who can make many action.

atack Adriano had a difficult time, he wasnt called up, he was angry to be subtituted and the press tried to make him feel bad again. It are hard times for him, he wants to, he can do it, but he must wait his chances....he should be full of power and willing that he has to play brilliant, i hope he will because he should play tomorrow. He can form a good duo with Cruz, Cruz can play with anybody, he already was great but i think he is getting even better, Cruz is very strong on the ball, can make actions and scores very easy. Ibra should really rest, Crespo and Suazo played last times so they should rest too.

rest Ibra, Samuel and Figo. Ibra and Samuel are cautioned.....im 99% when one of them will play they get booked......i cant trust referee's yet, i already feel when someone of them play he gets booked and so suspended for the Juve clash.....we cant affort this risk, Ibra and Samuel are the 2 best in form players at the moment, we need them against Juve.
Ofcourse we dont must think easy and light about Genoa, but the Juve game is more important, we can damage their dreams.....they want revange.....it would be perfect if we can beat Juve with 3-0 with 3 Ibra goals!! That will be a big smack for Juve, when they beat us they will believe even more in the scudetto, so its really more important then Genoa.

Which makes no sense. Samuel is in excellent form and would shut down Trez against Juve. No sense risking Ibra either.

Cresp and Cruz can get the job done.

Chivu is beyond top class and can handle it in the middle against Genoa with Cordoba.

I dont see why we're all so bigged up against Juventus.
I mean, I understand it's derby d'italia and things, but then....

3 points against Genoa and 1 point against Juventus is the same (statistically) as 1 point against Genoa and 3 points against Juventus....
Obviously two wins would be nicer, but hell, lets not risk this win to try and increase our chances of winning against juventus

ps is juventus home or away?

Should be an easy game imo. Ibra should not play tbh. He's very prone to making silly things(or even getting silly bookings that are handed out for no apparent reason) so we should leave him out.

And plus he seemed pretty tired vs Palermo and we need him at his best vs JuBe
