Puma or Umbro, adidas NEVER.

Puma, Umbro, or whatever! The point is that Nike designs for the odd few years SUCK! And I'd take any of these other guys. I'm actually a sucker for Pumas :D

Personally I've always been a fan of Kappa. I think the form fitting, simple designs they make are sweet! But that's just my opinion

I actually think these are real...usually when "real" shirts leak by this time they turn out to be the real deal? Remember last season? I doubt the collar would look like that, but just like last season, the real shirt won't look EXACTLY like this one.

He doesn't mean "real" like completely replicated... but a general idea of what the shirt will resemble. If that happens to be the case, I'll be content. Much better than the slanted stripe crap.

Dude, did you see the first prediction? I'm definitely willing to compromise over this as long as we don't have that! And as far as boycotts go; if we did nothing to stop our atrocious home jersey from coming out last season - what makes you think anyone's going to complain now? besides the design isn't that bad*

It looks fucking garbage but I think it's real. :palm:

I gave up hope a long time ago in Inter shirts. These days, I never wear the latest jerseys anymore. I buy them just to collect them.

(I wear the old ones)

Take away the Inter badge and that wouldn't look out of place on a sand pitch being worn by kids with no shoes. Looks amateur not a fucking top class team.

Well half the reason people bought this season's piece of crap was the Triplete and the CWC patches which were once in a life time almost, this is just absolute crap. And it's stupid to reason out that it could've been worse when it's pretty darn bad, it's annoying how Nike experiment.

That's what we were hoping last year, but it was that piece of crap we're wearing this season =/

Guys, we need to be modern and forward thinking with our jerseys and I'm glad Nike is trying all sorts of new shit.

Granted, I hate how some of these 'leaks' look, but I accept that in the search to find something that looks good, and hasn't been done before, we're going to have a few shitty jerseys. I personally hated the leaked pictures of this seasons home jersey which came out this time last year, but now I really like how they look on TV, unfortunately just not when it's close up ;)

As a designer I understand tradition is very, very important, but like I said, Nike are doing the RIGHT thing in trying to design a jersey which balances three things:

1) Looks good
2) Follows a tradition
3) Hasn't been done before

I bolded points 2 and 3 because point 1 is a given. No one wants an ugly jersey. So the question is, how do you keep true to tradition, yet manage to make something new and fresh? The tradition is there for us to see in the colours and stripes. And Nike experiments with these as it can, keeping within our black and blue striped tradition, yet playing around with the composition of the jersey to achieve point 3.

In my opinion, contemporary is a must. The 3rd point is very important for me. It's not quite realistic perhaps, but I want every Inter jersey to be memorable and unique, even amongst other Inter jerseys. When have we ever had a 3D-looking kit with small, striped diamonds making up the larger solid stripes? When have we, or anyone else for that matter, had an awesome serpent on the sleeve of their jersey? The closest thing I can think of is fucken Chievo's jersey with donkeys overlayed on the shirts.

As far as Adidas goes, I hate how much of the brand marks HAVE to always be on the jersey. Obviously Adidas want consistency, and that's very good and understandable, but the jerseys are always covered in lines and the trademark 3 Adidas stripes. The jerseys appear to look 50% Adidas and 50% club. As far as Nike goes, their template is simply the Nike swoosh on the chest. Our jersey is 99% Inter and 1% Nike. (In visual terms of course.)

Kappa looks really nice too, like the Samp and Roma jerseys for the past few seasons have been great. But we look good in Nike, and as someone mentioned, there's no way we would get as lucrative a deal with a smaller company like Kappa.

Nike probably payes more money.

I think 09/10 home shirt was very nice.

+1. I like how traditional that one looks.

I never understood these silly designs Nike likes making. It surely goes for all sports and crappy uniforms. I agree with the post on how Adidas always requires the three stripes and how it can be annoying, but I'm really annoyed by the garbage Nike gives out.

I liked the fans designed white one that Wes is wearing the other ones are :palm::palm:

I do like the idea of a collar on the shirt but thats just me. We'll see Nike has been off the wagon lately with their shirt design.
