I'm always (nearly always) wary of beelan.
Anyhow Inter have shown alot of maturity in the last 3 games. It gives me confidence in this team. I expect Inter to play well and certainly on level terms with beelan. But it's a derby after all, anything can happen.

this year has showed that Inzaghi is far more superior tactician when you put him against Pioli who is absolutely clueless how to counteract our midlfield and wingback movements and bar some glaring mistakes from our defense, this fixture doesn’t make me feel worried anymore.

I am not even remotely worried about Milan. Pulisic is a pussy whose biggest impact is that he looks exciting in his inability to finish. Leao straight disappears, he is world class in talent but not the scorer who can carry a team, rather he is an ancillary piece.

Our midfield is going to run all over them. We're gonna tattoo that ass.

Should not be counted individually. But their upgrade should be the difference between him and Messias, plus Reijnders and Diaz, plus Leao returns. And that's huge comparing to themselves in CL semis last season.

Inter XI on paper is worse than last Inter. Sommer <<< Onana, Thuram vs Dzeko/Lukaku pretty much that.

It gonna be a super tough match but we still have an edge.

That's 1 full year ago. 3 months ago we were not that worried about Haaland, De Bruyne and co.

It's a football match and Milan can do some damage with their individual quality and some stupid luck they tend to have, but you tell me I should worry about Pulisic and RLC? Come on now.

This is a strange game. There's a lot at play outside of player quality 1v1 vs the previous season. Using Lukaku as an example as much as I always respected his game the guy was a bit out of his mind and on his own program doing whatever the hell he wanted. I think the squad is tighter now. I think they're believing in the manager at a different level this season.

Sommer of course is not Onana but he looks good between the pipes. Defense looks good in front of him so the comms are smooth. They're all on the same page already which is a really good trend.

I don't want to act cocky here but I have a spot picked out for my replica Scudetto trophy and have been practicing my pretend acceptance speech.

I don't care who wins or loses this but what I like about the derby it's that once again it has high stakes. Probably a game between one of the three clear Scudetto favourites. A far cry from the dark (Juve dominated) ages, where the Derby della Madonnina was littered with trash players.

We have discipline they have some dribbling and pace, let's see whether structure wins over athleticism. I know what I'd bet on.
