2-0, Icardi-Politano. Gagliardini inevitably misses another sitter, Vecino inexplicably manages to get subbed on again and Biabany knocks the ball past Asamoah and directly out of play at least 3 times. :work:

I'd like to see Vrsaljko starting if we're playing 4 at the back, but apparently Parma like to attack and D'Ambrosio is defensively sound so not too fussed. Gags-Brozo, Skriniar-De Vrij, and Ninja behind Icardi and we'll be all good.

A game after international break? 1-1 incoming.

- - - Updated - - -

After today’s game the puzzled picture is starting to be shaped.

Handa
Vrsaljko-De Vrij-Skriniar-Asa Akira
Broz-Gag
Politano-Nainggolan-Perisic
Icardi

It’s the perfect time for Vrsaljko to get his second chance as a starter.

I wouldn't start Vrsaljko just yet. D'ambrosio is fine as for now. Besides we are attacking mostly in our left flank with Asamoah and Perisic, so D'ambrosio is rather fine as he is more of a defensive-minded fullback.

Nice, this international break's timing cannot get any better. I mean Vrsaljko is barely fit enough to run while Broz is still visibly behind in term of fitness, but now they can get a call up and get injured and miss out a good part of this season while we get fucked in the league and CL.

And Perisic and Icardi and Lautaro and Miranda.... fuck.

This international break was very much needed for this team and coach. Hope, we will see a different and better Inter after the international break.

I feel really safe with Keita nd Lautaro coming out of the bench. Go from EDER to this... it's really something else

Who are our players called up or expected to go on national team duty? Would really prefer as few of them went as possible, especially our Croatians.

Wednesday 5th September
Slovakia 19:45 Denmark

Thursday 6th September
Netherlands 19:45 Peru
Portugal 19:45 Croatia

Friday 7th September UEFA Nations League
Italy 19:45 Poland

Saturday 8th September
United States of America 00:30 Brazil
Mexico 03:00 Uruguay
Argentina 04:00 Guatemala

Monday 10th September UEFA Nations League
Portugal 19:45 Italy

Wednesday 12th September
Colombia 01:00 Argentina
Brazil 01:30 El Salvador

So these are the international friendlies and games from the UEFA Nations League, whatever the fuck that is, that we can maybe expect our players to take part in.

I only know that Gagliardini, Skriniar, De Vrij, Icardi and Lautaro are officially called up so far, no clue about the rest.

Unfortunately, our Croatian trio has been called up as well. Miranda hasn't been called up for Brazil though.

I'd take a first minute goal and see Skriniar, Asamoah and Handanovic combining for short passes for the remaining 90 minutes.
