I disagree in both regards. Who from our team would get into that Roma side? Miranda does easily. Jovetic depending on tactics? Icardi is a better finisher than Dzeko, but they want a striker who can hold the ball up and bring their wingers into the game. One of our midfielders probably get into their side as a midfielder so Florenzi can be fullback.

Anyway, I'm sure some might disagree with some of my judgements about this vs that player. However, saying that we have a far superior side is dumb. That Roma side on paper is very good even while missing some players.

As for there being no way we can beat them? Bullshit. First off, they've played far more games than we have lately. Secondly, they might have half an eye on their must win champions league game the following Tuesday. Thirdly, their defense isn't that spectacular, and they're missing De Rossi which in theory hurts them a lot. Lastly they have a centerforward who is very out of form so if we can stop their wingers from getting behind us and not give away freekicks near the box for Pjanic to hurt us with this game is actually quite winnable.

Considering our defense, and especially if we don't get red carded (thrid time is a charm?), I'd go for a 1-0 win. Not sure if we're going to score or concede that goal.

I honestly think that is not that good of a lineup. We can definitely beat that. Just close down the wings, pressure Nainggolan as a DM (he also tends to go forward a lot), and dont ive free kicks in dangerous position.

Considering the run of games we have until January is fairly tough, a win here could really set us up nicely. A loss though and we could start dropping down the table.
After Roma we have:
Torino - Inter
Inter - Frosinone
Napoli - Inter
Inter - Genoa
Udinese - Inter
Inter - Lazio

Now would be a good time for Mancini to sort out our attack.
