I’d like to add that the referee was made too many shitty decisions against our favor.

Get used to it, you're gonna see a lot of this until March. If we combat it and manage to stay above, we're winning it and they'll going to slow down [except the Juventus game and 1-2 others, just to remind us] and save their energy for next season.

We could take better advantage of our attacks but our clumsiness ruined them. 1-0 was a worrying lead but I didn't feel Torino could score. We made a lot of poor passes tonight but the game conditions could have a hand on it.

Now let's hope our boy Pina show up against Milan.

Torino win was a huge and important rehersal before Allegri shitball comes to town for the Supercup. We had to get our hands dirty , but we got the points. +7pts temporarily. But +8 from Atalanta. +12pts from Rube.

Just need all players to rest, because January matches are like UFC rounds vs Ngannou.

Happy holidays everyone!

Inter 1-0 Torino (22 Dec 21)
30' Dumfries (a: Dzeko, kc: Brozovic)

Even if his dummy was unintentional, Brozovic's pass found Dzeko that started that attack. So he deserves the 'kc' (key contribution) either way. Epic Brozo is kc king this season!

Difficult game as expected but fortunately we won in the end. Juric teams have always been pain in the ass. He did very well at Verona last years.

Anyway, 5/5 this month, 5 clean sheets, solid performances, Inzaghi doing very good with rotations so (almost) everybody to be in shape when needed, we have nothing to complain about.

Dzeko pretty much the worst Inter player today, everything he did tonight he did wrong. Hope that ends here, but that's just a hope :(
He was literally one of the best player in the pitch especially the last 25 min. Held the ball exceptionally, got an assist and nobody could take the ball from him. I guess if he was Croatian, Ivan would like him more 🤣

Credit to Juric, he really nailed his tactics and managed to close a lot of the usual passing lanes we use.

Sensi's cameo particularly disappointed me, as well as Lautaro's shit shooting and diving.

A rugged performance but that’s how it usually is against Juric sides. The drop-off from Barella to Vidal is quite noticeable as well. I’m liking Dumfries more and more. What a well taken goal and his defending is getting better too. At least IMO.

A great 2021 will hopefully be followed by an even better 2022. Happy holidays Interisti brothers and sisters

Reading some Bosnian forum, they think Dzeko is carrying Inter through the season, everybody else are shit and they don't want to pass the ball to Dzeko cause there must be some clans in the club :yao:

EDIT: Not Inter fans from Bosnia, just some random dudes.

This is also true of the random Bosnians joining our forum. Bizarre.

3 points and happy holidays to everyone.

But I hope people from the club look at this match and learn the lesson. Do not let complacency get in and every match requires 100% of commitment and concentration. I was very uncomfortable when our players started managing suspensions. That was to me a sign of complacency and underestimation of our opponents. This match wasn't some formality where you had nothing to play for, and every 3 points is as important as others, until we have mathematically won it.

Good thing was our defense was very sound, great job.

What are you saying? Dzeko was excellent today. So much holdup work, specially in the end.
Dzeko always plays this way but unless he scores, he plays bad...

Champions are made from winning scrappy poor performance 1-0's Mourinho certainly did it.

Scudetto 20 inc.

Pretty sure this would hv been 1-1 in mid-September or last year.
We are just having the luck of the champions. Meanwhile in Champions League we are very unlucky.

I would be even more pissed if they don't manage their suspension in advance. It's a simple opportunity cost calculation. Get suspended for Torino or Lazio/Atlanta? The choice is obvious. If anything, Barella should have made himself suspended for Salernitana and not Torino.

I wouldn't say we were complacent either. Perhaps the fans were, but definitely not the team. They were still chasing hard and there's no sense of relaxing too early yesterday. Again if anything, the Torino match was a good reminder that we are not as invincible as we'd like to believe. We tend to struggle against high tempo team with a high line (especially earlier this season). Now we perform a little better. Inzaghi has instructed our wingbacks not to venture forward at the same time. Simple tweak but gave us a lot more stability as we see recently.

Maybe a crazy idea but I think not getting carded at all in those 3 games is also an option. Like, come on, our players at worst get one yellow every 4 matches. At some point, our players will have to foul and they will be suspended. But before that points, there's no reasons to underestimate your next opponent, whoever they are.
